I live right around the corner from here and only go in if we have a Must.. I’m not a senior so they always seem to follow and side eye us, it was so bad twice I yelled instead of trying to sneak snd watch is how about seeing if we needed some help .. employees coming to both ends of the isles acting like they’re doing something with the side eye.. what a joke and every cashier looks so miserable
My Dad grew up in the Farms. My Grandfather had a store on the Hill. I have wonderful memories of my childhood spent there. My Dad was feeling brazen one night while he was driving us home from my Grandparents house in Gross Point. He did a lawn job with his Mustang on one of the impeccable properties there. It was a very short kick for my Dad. The cops literally appeared out of thin air and stopped his fun. Luckily, he could prove having grown up there, gone to school there. His ego was ruffled, but no punishment was administered. 😅 1:09
I'm happy to say when ever I go home to Detroit I go outta my way to visit George's place. They've even shipped hot dogs and sauce to Salome Arizona for me. Thank you much George and family as well as staff. All the best for your continued success.
