Thank u so much Shivani! Absolutely, our body is doing so much more to keep us safe right now - beating oneself up over weight gain is certainly not something we should do. Definitely making it! I have started an online challenge (can’t believe I fell for one😅) but it’s exactly what I needed. Will share a video on it next week! N a series coming up too

can u tell me what are the best running tracking apps? strava /Nike/pacer/Adidas..? currently, 'm using all of them for a month and then ill decide which one to keep but for now,i want an extra opinion ? thnx
Hey, I am not much into running now - but when I did run a lot - I usually used Polar app along with my Polar smart watch. Nike & garmin app are really great too! 😊
wow. I really liked this video and more than that your effort. u really did explain things in most simple way possible. I was wondering how to use MFP but you really solved all my problems related to tracking macros. I haven't seen anyone explaining things on this level. thanx again this video helped me a lot I wish you good luck with your youtube channel.
