Beautiful!!!! I’m growing my hair out from a pixie. I’m 10 month out and I’m still not where I want to be. Probably a couple more months till I’m there like your haircut. Your haircut is so adorable! Thank you for sharing!
I have curly mixed hair.im of afro Caribbean mix .as my hair is soft .I find that some products can be to heavy.so I buy like a lite curly hair moisturizer or a mouse just brands for curly hair.i have type 3 hair
I'm Latina with natural straight thick hair. I either use Pantene or Loreal products. I love them and if I want curls I just use my curling iron. But I ❤️ love my long straight hair.
im a latino male with medium lemth hair, down to my chin. I didnt know i had wavy 2b type hair till i was 16/17 growing up i went to catholic school my hair to be short and my das brushes it straight alot. For guys the expectation is combed with brush back short hair styles that are businessy. I would say for puerto ricans the only hair producta that i reaally know that are used often by puerto ricans is moco se gorilla gel, and garnier fructus hair products like conditioners and shampoos. for reference i have thick hair that is heavy and gets frizzy, which is only apparent in like some puerto ricans for their type of hair
I tried nexxus humectant deep conditioner on my 4C hair and actually that product is so effective that I ended up over conditioning but I used two packs and I didn’t need to. That said, that product is highly effective. There’s a girl who deep conditions then shampoos after and follows up with a regular 3 minute conditioner which is what I should have done.
Why is that every hairdresser always leaves those long parts in the front??? THAT elongates the shape of the face. If the girl has a small face, nose, young, etc,,, might work but otherwise NO, NO. Also, it has been years I can't find anyone in my town that cuts wavy/curly dress... Unbelievable. The last hairdresser "assassinated" my hair and this has been 2 years. I am cutting my hair myself. No, I am not a professional.. but due to the circunstances... that is all I can do. Moving out of the state, and I will run to a hair salon.
As a Hispanic woman I with afrolatina heritage is the stigma of “spanish hair” or “Spanish products” are annoying. I could tell y’all rn if I walk into the Dominican there gonna look at me like they do not know what to do because of my curls and the thickness of it
I'm Latina and use African/multicultural section and have never heard of Latina hair care. I actually feel like I need help figuring out my hair because it has traits of Caucasian hair and African hair. It's confusing. My mom is the same. My sister has very Caucasian straight hair and doesn't use the same kind of haircare at all.
I've been rocking with Tammi since the 90's when she used to put a shea nut in every order! Legit pure products!! Sheaterra has 30% off each month when you are on the mailing list!
Im Latina and I have curly thick hair nothing like 4c hair but I always always go to the "black ethnic" hair section because they have products for my hair texture and its better quality. I think black women and Latinas have a lot in common and obviously Latinas can be black and black looking people can be Latina.
Im puertorican and i dont get the "latina" hair care isle either. I use curly hair products. I dont use "latina" hair care products to be honest this id the first time i hear of it
I wish you guys could re-do this video reviewing skala cosmeticos 🇧🇷, rizos curls🇲🇽, botanika beauty🇩🇴, and honey baby naturals🇵🇷. (All Latino owned brands)
the point of the silk scarf is to prevent your hair from getting frizzy when sleeping. This is useless and she tightened it around her edges so her hair is not coming back down unless she has another wash day
Im Mexican and my dad has afro type hair while my mom has bouncy curls and there was never a way for us to take care of our hair .I would like to change that hopefully this helps lol Edit: I have 2B/2C hair
Oh, that's gorgeous! I love curly bobs, personally. Plus, I can't imagine dealing with curly hair that goes past one's shoulder. It's so annoying in summer and just a mess in winter - I don't know, how people do it.
Im. Native American and i favor hispanic latino nexican products. They are at best creamier and cheaper.......no nonsense ingredients.....I love the fact that the choices aren't massive.......too many brands directed toward black haircare.......just too much......call me old fashion
Spray bottle wash days/extended wash days. On days I can't get out of bed easily, I put shampoo in my dry, detangled, hair then I add water by using a misting spray bottle. The only time I need to be on my feet is to rinse my hair at the sink. If I'm feeling SUPER crappy I'll even run a bath & wash my hair in the tub. No bath products, just warm water. I'll wash my hair while sitting in the warm water & rinse in the clean bathwater. It's the last resort & it's pretty embarrassing to mention but sometimes you have to be creative. Shower chairs are helpful too, but the bath is better for pain. I get too cold in shower chairs. I also don't worry if I can't finish at 1 time. I rely on shower caps & scarves to keep my hair damp so I can take my time conditioning detangling & rebraiding. Protective styling is the best way I've found to have healthy hair & a chronic illness.
Hi thank you so much for this! I also started my hair channel and Im struggling to find my niche but I realize I need one. Im hoping that I as I go along it will become more clear to me. Ive learned a lot about myself and my voice in a short time.... as well as my weird facial expressions and crutch word "SO" :) Thanks for sharing your tips. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!
I’m just started getting to know how to take care of my curly hair, but I definitely don’t use those products, at the moment I just use a store brand organic shampoo and conditioner and that’s it
