Next vid for the Heartside! I casually messed with some Expert levels, beat one or two of them on my own time but I did not stream it, the difficulty got too high for me to reasonably commentate over the game and finish levels at a rate that would be interesting to watch

I'm sorry, but you're just straight up wrong about the first heart you mentioned. I was able to decipher that much easier than any other except for maybe the first level heart. And I did not get the mario reference, I actually learned that you can do that in mario from celeste. So it's far from impossible to get it without knowing the reference
@@ImpSoda You don't get Carefree Melody in godseeker mode, but that doesn't mean you can't use it in pantheons. The only charm that can't be used is kingsoul and only in the p5, because you need void heart to unlock p5
Who the hell wasn't used to the knockback by the time they got steady body? I think you're greatly overstating the difficulty of adjusting to playing with or without steady body
How is the interaction between hiveblood and joni's blessing considered a synergy? hiveblood simply does what it always did with the added penalty of taking twice as long, that's like the opposite of a synergy
I love completing games. Ive completed 63 since 2018 when I started purposefully going for 100% (or whatever is the max percent depending on the game). When I started playing Hollow Knight, I knew that I wouldbt be doing that, due to the super hard pantheons, and the steel soul and speedrun achievements, but after going through the 4th pantheon, and LOVING beating the pure vessel, I actually think Ill go through and bet absolite radiance, do steel soul, and do the speedruns. Though I do plan on using guides for steel soul and speedruns
Clearly he's never mowed down Hornet with heavy blow quick slash unbreakable strength and long nail or over charm with steady body and mark of pride and just stun lock her into a corner and with well timed dashes you can keep near constant pressure ending the fight in no time since heavy blow also decreases the hits needed to stagger and with quick slash getting more attacks in staggering bosses like her and others is broken af, hell grubberfly elogy heavy blow quick slash steady body and mark of pride for the Moss Charger makes it mindlessly easy, didn't even look at the screen on radiant easy.

On seeing you had a HK blind let's play I had to watch, and I've gone through it a few times now. Your playstyle is very fun to watch and you're entertaining to listen to as you go through the game. this video is one that reminds me that i am but few wind mechanic enjoyers (in celeste) my list probably goes something like 9: celestial resort look... im not good at timing these dust bunnies. they so stinky and i dont like them :( the music carries tho! we all know that boss fight went crazy. ehh i didnt really like 3c.... (b-side song slaps hard af tbf) 8: forsaken city nothing wrong with it but music is a huge factor to me especially since i only started turning off the music on my c-side runs. first steps doesn't sound bad, it has everything a first song should, but it just isn't there like a lot of others. BUUUT i really enjoyed 7: old site sorry, i like it but its just not.... that much? other levels use dream blocks (space cheese) more and sometimes better BUT 2c carrieddd. i love the c sides man. 6: summit so uhhhhhhh yeah its just kind of boring... like its cool n all with the story and such and i loved the story i went through but song wise its not that much of a banger. like i said the songs were important to me and they are so... :T esp b side i didnt really like the track cuz the coolest part of a sides is that their music changes are p drastic... 5: me like golden ridge its silly. i think the only block i dont really care for are the moving blocks (kevin better) but tbf they arent bad at all. love them w springs. cool guys. i actually have a way diff perspective than u with 5 because i LOVED 5b and 5c and the music bruhhhhh everytime i died a horrible sad little death i immediately went "buh buh buh! :3! buh buh bwa! :3!" like it was such a huge help to me while i struggled. the moment i opened 5b i literally just stood there in awe. it was amazing. and while i think 5a is the weakest part of the 3 i do think its great! i love all the mechanics (besides snowballs fuck u) 4: farewell my gamers in christ, please dont be mad 🥺 farewell is good, but its.... bland? ish? i really hyped myself up when getting moon berry (fun fact i got moon berry and beat farewell at the same time. i didnt go back later bc i didnt want the hassle lmao) but idk moon berry was kinda boring. the music do be bangin tho! also i cried when i finally beat farewell. took me barely under 12 hours to beat i think the main thing that keeps it at four is the fucking cassette rooms i love cassette rooms but that was too much + i hate using the thinker. 3: mirror temple honestly expecting myself to rank it lower than this. i did NOT like this level. it sucked. i hated it. i HATE the seekers (stinkers) they stressed me tf out ESPECIALLY on the theo section. and that is why i LOVED it SO MUCH. mirror temple is such a story driven level. every level before hand has had a really downer ending EXCEPT mirror temple despite it being the suckiest one. or _britishly smacks lips_ *perhaps,* it is because of it being sucky that madeline's mental state does an upward swoop. its such a terrible level when u first play it. you cant wait till its over. and then it is. and it is SO cute and awesome and maybe i just felt way better afterwards and thats the good feelings about it but whatever. also jazz so yes. next ranking. 2: core i LOVE core. i think the music didnt hit as hard as others- used to think it was the worst- but after playing it so much as well as b sides i think its a banger! but really i just like the c-side. it took me like an hour less than it took 7c lmao. its also REALLY FUN. 1: reflection EVERYTHING ABOUT REFLECTION I LOVE. i love kevinnnnn i tolerate bob (bumper) the badeline fight where it mirrors old site BUT with the sides reversed is really fun. AND THE B + C-SIDES OMFG OKAY. b-side song is PEAK. difficulty is PEAK. everything about that level is amazing and i am still traumatized by that sexy ass guitar holy fuck. i look like the traumatized soldier every time i hear it. SO PEAK. the mainlevel is fucking great where you really just ignore collectables and lock in and that was really interesting. also love granny, im the granny stan account. number one fan. this level just did everything i love about everything and did it. when i think of celeste, i think of this level. because it made me suffer :) p.s. (kevin puzzles PEAK! and his hair(dustbunnies)???? and his hat(jellyfish)???????? fuckkingggggg PEAK)
Hi, new player here. I’m not very good at video games to begin with so hollow knight has been an especially hard chall now for me. Specifically, I have been really struggling with the watcher knights. I’ve probably made 15+ attempts with life blood heart + steady body equipped as I used that combo for hornets second fight. I just switched those out for quick focus and the quick healing allowed me to beat the fight in one attempt. This video was very helpful, thank you.

This map is so infuriating. I love the map conceptually, but in practice, it’s just so upsetting. One of the only maps in existence I had to take active mental breaks on for the case of sanity
And here i was hoping that the "having sex with a dolphin" was in the "i had sex with someone who has a dolphin fursona" kind of instance, but unfortunately it was the bad instance made even worse by dolphins being so scary when it comes to that.
