F20 LCI 120i Msport with a 7K tune and you’ll have a car that pushes +-150KW, fun, rear wheel drive, quick and luxurious. No hate to the polo at all, but at the end of the day it’s still a polo. With the sad plan and warranty that Vdub gives, that money is better spent even on pre owned mk 7 GTI . Again no hate to the polo😂 it’s good for what it is.
Imagine 2 years ago when the face-lift came out, the price was R492k without extras. Fully specced with 5 year maintenance plan, vw rubber mats and dealer fees etc. was just over R570k.
Brother you have a RU-vid channel. Please Please share how much you spend on the car at Engen, otherwise what's the point of watching the content? I just stopped at 4:12.
There is no peace of mind with a 45,000km service plan on a GTI. You can do 45,000km or more within 1 one year but definitely less than 2 years. Also, you get a peace of mind if you get a maintenance plan at least for 90,000km. There are lots of DSG failures on a GTI because people drive it like a GTI. Service plans don’t replace any mechanical problems rather it just services the car (i.e., change oils etc).
@@BruceSarbifunny enough, that’s actually exactly what I did. The problem then is that you feel a noticeable lag when you’re in Eco vs the normal mode. Even overtaking requires careful planning because of being in Eco.
VW doesn't take its loyal South African customers serious... They always overprice their under-speced cars and what even upsets me more is you have to top-up to get other features in their vehicles...I will stick with my SUZUKI 😉. GREAT CONTENT my good Sir as always🚗🙏🏽🇿🇦
+-85k more than the standard Wildtrak, but you get AWD(4A,2H,4L,4H), matrix lights, 3d branding, integrated roof racks, steel side steps, swade interior, upgraded suspension(Bilstein Dampers with external reservoirs and new additional springs), 26cm higher, 30cm wider stance, cargo loading system, wider wheel arch trimming, additional LED lights with your main lights, offroad 17" grabbers and rims, offroad 90-degree turning mode and the coolness factor when mall crawling. I might have missed a few things. I like the demo you did with the lights. Thx, keep up the good work.
Lots of value in the Wildtrak X if you put it that way. But at the same time, it begs the question, how many people will actually use the added features of the Wildtrak X to justify spending almost R100,000?
