Can I ask where your rings are from? I've always admired them in your videos <3

After 10 months of healing, I retired my nose piercing, a few days ago. It just wasn't doing well. I got real upset about it.

I had a similar problem with my tragus, I opted to getting a smaller bar and now my airpods fit perfectly! Goodbye tragus piercings ! :)

I’m so sad but I get it. I have small ear holes so I can barely wear any earbuds anyways. Hoping to get my right tragus done soon as I can’t be comfortable with ear buds, I’d rather have my ears decorated. Came for the piercing content, stayed for the book and life content.

I got my second holes on my lobes pierced almost two years ago. One ear healed and the other didn’t. I have done everything I’ve been told to do, and the longest it has gone without irritation is four weeks. So I’ve made the executive decision to remove the problem piercing after my sister’s wedding this weekend.

What size are the hoops in your nose? Did you get it from Oufer, and is it a hing segment ring? I want a snug fit but don't know which size I should get. My piercing is the same placement as yours.

Have you tried little hoops in your tragus? Just curious how a hoop would work with your headphones

Sucks to have to retire a piercing. I pierced my own tragus and it healed the best out of all my piercings and NVR gave me any issues thankfully.

I’ve been considering my tragus but will think carefully now as I wear air pods a lot of the time and I am also a side sleeper. Do you find your daith gets in the way of air pods? My daith gets a little sore if I’ve been wearing air pods for a long time

My tragus never healed, took it out a few months ago. One of the biggest relieves ever. I do miss it, because it looked sooo good😅 But I decided not getting it redone. I do want to get 2 more helixes and then I'm probably done😂

See, I have always hated earbuds, they hurt and never stay in. So I have always gone with over the ear headphones which hasn't gotten in the way of the 5 cartilage piercings I have gotten in recent years. I can't sit at work all day or go out and about with headphones/buds, I have to hear everything going on.

Oh this is really helpful! I've considered tragus piercings in the past, but I didn't even think about how it might affect my loop earplugs (which I also swear by for shows!)

I now have both of mine done and I completely understand your choice because... Yeah, the antennas when using earphones suck + they get tangled in your hair when windy. Had my first ones done at Claires but when I got older, I let them close and got them redone with a needle.

I have a forward helix that I retired several months ago. It was always irritated and it was getting caught on my hair or with my glasses. Your reason for retiring the tragus piercings is exactly the reason that I haven't tried getting them. My left ear has a lobe to conch orbital that can interfere with some earbuds but it's such a notable piece that I deal with it.

Yeah I think I have real irritated nose piercing , thanks to you, cause yes I'm thinking worset. my first was awesome not one issue, my second one currently has 1week in half slightly painful granuloma,I think may keloid. I'm go start a salt soak tomorrow. About 2 weeks after piercing I noticed my nose was tender, continued care, n then the blister bump showed up and I'm ready for it to be over.

I absolutely love my loops, I completely forget to wear them to concerts though lol

I had my tragus pierced when I was 18 and I had it for a year and the jewelry fell out & closed up. I went to a shop this year and asked about my tragus and they said “I don’t know how they did that, you don’t really have the anatomy for that.” So I guess I’m also in the tiny tragus community too lol

Ok wait my piercing is only slightly red and has small discharge+ small discomfort but is bleeding I think it’s just cause I’ve hit it by accident a lot and my hair has pulled on it so I don’t think it’s infected

hey, i plan on getting my daith done and the only thing kind of holding me back is the healing. i dye my hair very frequently and i will not be haiving my roots showing however everytime my partner does my hair they get some in my ear. would that be an issue

Can I ask if you’re wearing jewelry (and if so what kind) in your stretched ears on Tuesday when you’re sitting on the couch? I struggle finding tunnels that look legitimately clear like those do.

hi guys, my eyebrow piercing was completely fine after doing it, i cleaned it up and everything, it seemed healed. after about 6 months got irritated, red and slightly bumpy.. how is this possible? does that mean the piercing never actually healed? i'm starting to clean it again, but i'm still worried since i believe i'm involuntarily sleeping on it😭

Can someone help me because my piercing is bleeding I think and it’s crusting up and whenever I twist my earrings cause they’re new. I’m like seven weeks in a crunches and I don’t know how to take them out.

Me panicking cause I messed with it and it's a pustule I squeezed it 😭 cleaned my face and now imma leave it alone now...we're just 3months in and still healing😫 hopefully it goes away

had my earlobes done yesterday- ive seen a lot of advice online saying not to rotate the earing but the piercer said i should rotate them after a few days because he put them on very tightly... should i ignore his advice and avoid rotating? thanks !

Got my helix piercing about a month ago. There is no tenderness, redness, bumps, or any more of that. I am planning to change it out after about 3 months but I would like to know everyone's thoughts about changing it out.

I literally have pierced my nose eight times in the past year trying to get them even one side of pierced five times the other side of the first three it's still good but now I have none😂

Bridge was my least painful. Didn’t hurt at all. My snakebites were horrible…. The needle got stuck in my lip both times.

I Js pierced mine myself yesterday ( DONT DO , GO TO A PROFESSIONAL ) I had this piercing before when I was 13 and I used to always mess with it and turn it because hearing the crust pop was so satisfying and the woman who pierced it also told me to use BACTINE !! This go round I did it myself it didn’t hurt but I also luckily have a high pain tolerance , this time I will not touch it and Js with piercings in general DO NOT TOUCH THEM UNLESS YOUR CLEANING IT , YOU GOTTA HAVE THE RESILIENCE OR IT WILL BE WORSE IN THE LONG RUN TRUST ME ON THAT !! And I also recommend never letting them use the same needle to pierce both holes with the same needle even tho it’s your body and blood DONT LET THEM USE THE SAME NEEDLE SPEAK UP THIS IS YOUR BODY AND YOUR PAYING THEN FOR A SERVICE LET IT BE DONE RIGHT SPEAKKK UPP !! DONT SLEEP IN THE SIDE but I don’t also fold my arm in a triangle shape and I put my ear in that space so it’s not touching anything but if you have trouble with that dont even worry about doing that and Js dont sleep on that side it will be worse in the long run , im rambling but this Js goes to say that this piercing is one of the most annoying piercings I’ve ever had but it’s worth it in my opinion and please be careful with your hair and when putting your clothings on and dont change the bar , I did change the balls the first time I had it after a few weeks but I didn’t change the actual bar so I guess if you want something a lil more fun then Js change the balls but dont change the bar but also the best thing is to Js leave it the way you got it and not change anything but if you did want to change it Js change the balls , but anyways Js be careful dont touch it and if your not willing to take the time and take care of it Js save yourself the pain , trouble , and money because it won’t be worth it for you .

any big ones, i get it right after. Sleep sleep sleep, and have a really good meal before a session lots of hydration and healthy snack before during and after a session helps!

Oof, I had the "not pierced correctly" issue on my spiderbites the first three times I got them done. I was so stupid back then. Right now I'm just looking to re-pierce the left side, which I can literally stick a piece of jewelry nearly all the way through, I could probably do it myself pretty easily with a large sewing needle, instead of paying the local piercer at the tattoo parlor 40 bucks to do it. That's why I'm looking for tips on RU-vid, mostly so it doesn't get infected after. I'm assuming it's the usual remedy of saltwater though. Cures tons of ailments lol(along with sterilizing my piercing needle with both flame and isopropyl alcohol beforehand of course)
