Getting vitamin d from the sun is such a wonderful thing. It helps me a lot to feel better. I agree that exercise helps. I would also say if you have a dog take them for a walk. 💛 I'm so thankful for warmer weather. Thank you so much for this video. It helped me keep my mind off my mom. It would have been her birthday on 3/20. She passed in June last year. Hard to believe it's almost been a year

I do understand where you're coming from with feeling disconnected as soon as what you liked doing becomes something you have to do. Also, thank you so much for answering my question with your words of experience! I'm practicing acceptance as I AM currently not close with those, but at the same time, I don't want to feel bad for "choosing to do activities that suit for myself alone" kind of thing, if that makes sense. Even though I don't read much anymore, I'm glad to have seen that you HAVE been reading more lately, and honestly, do what makes you feel best about yourself, right? But as for peers, I guess I don't know how to feel about connecting more with people online, such as you and other people who openly discuss about my interests and hobbies, so that's most likely what had me bring that up as a topic worth discussing as well? Maybe my mindset is still in the 90s cus of stranger skepticism online. 🤷‍♀

Also, don't feel stupid or whatever for mentioning cliches! Small changes really do help with the mood. I used to coop myself up in my room and after over a year did I start opening up the curtains or even walked to the mailbox for fresh air and sunlight. It really helps!
