Doc, many are still asking why the injured pectoralis has been reattached after surgery, and returned to lifting and the muscles have grown, but the appearance of the muscle still seems incomplete, or its the surgeon didnt do the same technique that you are doing like the achilles allograft

I have one of those rare ACL cysts on a knee that also after 1h of walking starts giving me pain when bending my knee more than 90 degrees. Only with rest and after 1-2 days (one time it lasted 2 weeks) do I get back full mobility. Can those also be drained? I know when I asked about an operation I was told it's risky there because of the area and causing more damage to the ligament (which I agree as repairing a broken ligament ends up with recovery of 1y or so). I was told that if from doing cycling 1-2 months it does not change in pain behaviour, then next thing to try is PRP (googling though shows me PRP is not really proven for cysts...).
I tore my Pectoralis this way, 12 days ago. The doctor said nothing can be done. He told me the tendon is still attached to the humerus, but I have a small cave in my upper chest and when flexing my chest it goes to the middle. Just like any other pectoralis major tear picture on the internet. I’m really depressed. It seems nobody in Denmark are trying to this fix. I’m 31 and love to workout. 😢 can’t even pick my daughter up. Does anyone here know what’s the cost of this surgery in US?
@@everythingnothing3026 Hello. I’m sorry to hear about your injury. In the US, it depends on where you go for surgery. It could range anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000 USD.
I recently developed a bump or knot below my knee, it's somewhat soft but not too soft it's painful when bending and tender around it,how can I tell if it's fluid or something else?
What a great video. You know what your doing. Saving your info. I’ll call in a year when I have funds. You are the only surgeon who seems to know what they are doing at this level.
