If you have to delete comments that ask for evidence for why you believe, or if you simply can't respond to requests for evidence, then clearly what you have learned from Greg isn't worth much.
@@proudreprobate3114 - I haven't done that. RU-vid will hide comments that are insulting/hateful. That happens quite a bit. If you'd like to ask a question respectfully, I'd be glad to answer it.
1 Peter 3:15 Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.
Maybe you can help. I'm unclear on why Koukl is convinced that a man named Jesus AKA Yahweh created our universe. People generally lead with their best piece of evidence. Can you give me just one piece of evidence that you find compelling that shows that a man named Jesus created our universe? Greg says that Christianity is the best explanation for the origin of our universe. The best explanation is the one that is backed by the evidence. Can Greg rule out some explanation for the origin of our universe that he is not aware of, that may be completely unintuitive, defies logic, and can't be discovered through logic, reason, religion, or philosophy. I have listened to Greg for years and some of his videos are pathetic. I've heard him make up numbers in a video, then correct himself because the made up numbers don't sound good enough, so he makes up new numbers, and he thinks his audience is do dumb that he didn't even take the effort to refilm. Why do you think Greg is credible?

It’s difficult to answer your questions and respond to your claims because you’ve framed them a bit chaotically and without evidence. If you’re able to refine your questions and if you’re searching in good faith, there are lots of resources that offer the kind of evidence you seem to be asking for though it doesn’t seem like you will be satisfied with any of it.
@@LindeeLove - Many people online through interviews or editorializing have expressed multiple opinions on Greg. Maybe a good place to start is, why you are convinced that someone with his credentials and following is either a huckster or delusional?

@@TheScotsman1977 - Hasidic Jews and Sikhs also live in the Middle East, among other groups, whose males traditionally have very long hair, that have lived there for centuries.
Very true... Good teachers speak the truth.. Shalom... Yeshua is God... Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to his Lamb. Amen!.. I am 62, in years I had long hair, then In years short hair, then years really long, and now Short.. when I was a kid the culture that I lived in believed in Short Hair, 30 years later I went back many had long hair.. but we also gotta remember long hair for men and women can lead to unwanted predators in the hair.. even Bat's will dive at your head walking in the dark... But everything you say in your Video my brother, I totally agree... Praise and Glory and Wisdom and thanks and Honor and Power and Strength be to our God, Forever and forever. Amen!
I also believe that wasn’t God who killed some of those gangsters who mocked his friend Elisha by sending she-bears against them. I believe that Satan killed them in order to blame God afterwards, for making him look like a cosmic monster.
There is a such thing as Holy Ghost hair. I have some on my head right now. God told me about it. How to maintain it and don't cut it. If I walked up on the average nigro. He would think I have Dred locks. But God didn't tell me about Dred locks. He told me about Holy ghost hair. That's what I call the hair on my head. It's not that long and it grows to a certain length then thins out in 2 inches down to 1 strand and falls off. If my hair grows 14"and loose 2" every once in a while. Per rope. God told me about it as Holy Ghost hair when it was about 7 " long. And how to maintain it. If it was straight it would be like the average Caucasian person hair. But it's not. It looks like Dreds but I don't call it Dreds.
What a great interview! As a new shooter, She Equips Herself has been a wonderful resource for me. Some of the issues that women face as new shooters also apply to senior men like myself. (Perhaps not the wardrobe stuff!) Stav is so articulate and clear in her explanations. I am also a believer who grew up in the church, and seeing Stav speak about her faith so openly and honestly as been incredibly inspirational.
Your viewership will increase 10 fold if you can snip and edit blank spaces out to decrease overall video time. It’s ironic the video is about cutting hair😅 but goodshit non the less, keep producing, I subd and liked as should everyone who reads this.
You said it! 13:14 “Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?” you used “shame and disgrace” as synonyms. Bro, just cut your hair, I did when I found this verse, clear as day, no need to jump through hoops! Every time I hear someone say, “well, in their time it was different, but now we’re “free in Christ”, don’t judge me legalist!” Or “if you go back to the Greek”…They’re justifying something that Christians should not be known for. ie. Tattoos, piercings, long hair, bootie shorts, low cut tops, gothic attire, etc. The outside matters as much as the inside. Not saying look like Little House on the Prairie, but I’d rather have that than what Christians are wearing now.🫡
@@gab1172 - Why is analyzing the Greek automatically justifying something instead of trying to discover the true meaning of the passage? Does it not matter what it originally said? I also don't condone booty shorts. Especially on men.
Still struggling to believe in God all the time. I'm more of a "sometimes I believe in God" person. While I was stuck in my usual turmoil, trying to focus on work, wondering if a good god exists then why X,Y, and Z, also watching RU-vid at the same time, I came across a video by this guy Slavoj Žižek. He noted that Jesus, for a moment, became an atheist while he was on the cross, or at least that was his interpretation. It was a fairly interesting video. This is the title if you wanted to check it out: "Slavoj Žižek - In Defence of Christianity.
@@SquekretGenius420 - Thanks for the comment. I could've described myself with "sometimes I believe" at one point. Though I haven't watched the video yet, I think that's an impossible case to make. Jesus prayed/talked to God while on the cross, and even when He said, "My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?" was quoting from Psalm 22, which was a prophecy about the death of the Messiah. I'll be praying for you! I hope you stay on your search for truth, and end up with Jesus. Thanks again.
@@thinkingtoinfinity Well, he calls himself a Christian Atheist, which is probably why he sees it that way. It could be interesting to see a video that challenges his worldview. I only watched one brief video highlighting where his lack of belief in an actual, real God comes from. As for myself, I do still pray. Today, I prayed twice, asking God questions, which must seem funny since I don't always believe there is an actual being called God. But then other times, I do. I'm not really expecting to get an answer or hear the voice of God in my head like James Earl Jones. I've always had this part inside of me that's cold, and I've always had a tendency to look around at people and the world and say, "What a joke." Another part of me wants there to be a savior, not just for me, but for others who have lives far worse than mine-people whom most of us try our best to forget even exist.
@@SquekretGenius420 - The Bible does encourage us to talk to God (pray), though we aren't promised that we'll hear something back (though rare, it is possible). David, among others in the Bible, regularly asked God questions and expressed doubts and heartaches to Him. He can handle it and welcomes our interactions - though He deserves our being respectful as we do that. I, and others I know, have struggled with that coldness. I think it often comes from being disillusioned with other people based on our past, especially if we were abused, victimized, or betrayed by someone. I continually pray that Jesus will help me see people the way He does and treat them accordingly. I think it's a valid prayer to ask God to make Himself known to us. He rarely does it in an overt physical way, but I've known many people who say God answered that prayer for them.
As a fellow Christian growing my hair out, I really appreciate your close examination of the scriptures. It was clear, and stuck to the point without leaving out context Nice work, man
Enjoyed this video! Do you think you could cover the topic about head coverings also spoken a few verses before? I recently learned about this one and people saying its wrong to wear a hat while praying. After this video I'm curious to your thoughts on it.
Thanks for the comment! Did you watch the video? I agree that obedience to the scriptures is top priority. But we need to make sure we understand them so we can obey properly.
Shoulder length hair isnt really that long for men especially during those times. Hair all the way to the small of the back like a female is considered long
No problem - apology accepted. The video actually makes the case for God's ultimate goodness being the only logical explanation for objective morality, in response to many online videos that claim He is evil. I hope you have a great day.
No,Numbers 6 clearly stated that if you are consecrated to God as Samson or Jesus and many others,we are commanded not to ever cut our hair.Andcthe scripture they get that from,is Paul again, which he ,himself took on the Nezarite vow.
You did just perfect, Stav! I already know how many people you have helped by all that you do. You and hubby are born to do this and you have a way about you that people find very sincere and down to eatth and not "know it all" which is why people don't get turned off. Thanks!
Pat her on the back for us. She does a great job and has great content. I share her channel with local females making 2a choices. I appreciate her work. Cheers
You can have short hair or be bald head and still look feminine and I've met plenty of them. Not to mention I've met many gay men that have clean cut or shaven heads no different to conservative christian men. LOL
