@@ManuelAyala-AyalaRealEstate The shower draws your eye as a major focal point while the space is also clean and open making it an aesthetically pleasing room and overall design.
I like the shower in the middle of two sinks, but I'd want each side to have their own walk in closet. His and hers. And for me personally, I'd also like a soaker tub.

@@ManuelAyala-AyalaRealEstate right now I especially dig the single story homes in Henderson and skye valley but my area of interest is the SW. I know they have two communities coming online in January and August 2025 - one is by mountain’s edge and the other is closer to enterprise.

@@ManuelAyala-AyalaRealEstate they are coming in January 2025 and August. The one in August is called Wisteria. I’m not sure about the January one but it’s at Mountain’s Edge. I was able to dig it up in the public record a while back. No rush. The homes at Sage Reserve in the NW area and the ones in Henderson at Crosswinds should have the same builds used in the SW.

How is it possible to pay off your credits and have your credit score go down. This system is fucked up. If you dont stay in debt your whole life you cant buy a house or a car. Give me a break
I feel your pain... trust me. Paying off a credit card can hurt your score by reducing your credit utilization rate to zero, which might signal to lenders that you're not actively using credit. Lenders like to see responsible credit usage, and a zero balance could indicate less active credit management. That's why I say consult with a lender first. They'll tell you how much to pay off if anything. I hope this helps.
I personally would like a little more privacy myself. But if you enjoy a small lake community where you can toss a beer to your neighbor, this is the home!
