These developers love building these beautiful and expensive residential communities far away from everything people need. Just acres and acres of properties... As a developer, I take accessibility to stores and fuel, schools, emergency services, etc. into consideration before or during the planning stage. These people clearly do not.

West Summerlin is close to some great eateries, shopping, amenities, community events and outdoor activities. 571K for a townhome in Vegas?!?! Come on now Blackrock, your reckoning/CORRECTION is coming soon. "Greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts the person in an endless effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction." The fed will eventually realize that they can’t fight inflation anymore because everybody is insolvent based upon the amount of debt they have; mostly due to how low interest rates were for as long as they were low. Consumption and Spending has become far too much the focus; we think that’s the economy and it’s not. The economy is what we produce not what we consume. The reason we can consume so much more than we produce; is because we are going into debt; and this is not sustainable because the debt is too large.
