Hi Brianna! Just watched your webinar and thought it was outstanding. At the end you mentioned a way to keep track of all the clients you’re contacting. I’d like to know how you go about doing that. I don’t want to hit up the same client twice with the same message.
Excited to hear this was helpful for you. You can be old school and use an Excel sheet (I still love this), or you can keep the companies in projects on LinkedIn Recruiter, or you can use your ATS. However, potential clients should get 7-13 messages at least. Remember, when you don't hear back it's not always because they aren't interested. It can be because they are too busy, didn't see it, don't need you at the time, or just not the person in charge.
Solid video...Also, always find out what happens if they do not fill the role. If you hear nonsense like "We will continue to look until we find the right person" run for the hills and do not waste your time..
Yes, I want them to try first! Almost every time a client has told me they’re going to handle it on their own, they come back a few weeks later asking for my help.
At 62, the way we seek employment has shifted dramatically multiple times (as has anything that involves technology) throughout my life/career. It is those who have adapted to that landscape that have survived and excelled in their careers. While Reverse Recruiting is not necessarily the right path for everyone, it is one of the few ways that I have seen to overcome the "hundreds of resumes for every job" syndrome that seems to be currently at its peak. While I have not yet gone this path, I am giving it very serious consideration. Your video gave me a TON of great insight from a recruiter's point of view. Thanks!
i have a question, so i am not a recruiter but what i do is i help recruiting companies find more companies to work with. I have been in SDR for some now but im struggling find companies and business to take my clients offer ( client is a tech recruiter) For the past 2 monthd i have been on linkedin and trying to contact businesses but I have no luck. Is there any ideas on how i sould approach this?

Thats true you dont need to know tech to talk tech, you can study what are the IT roles literally on RU-vid, its easier if you kind of like the topic, at the end of the day, that will translate into money for you
It's a scam My Experience with Reflik. was very Bad, There is No Proper updates after we submit the candidates. Before and After candidate submission the approaches are totally different. Surprise when i seen ,One of my Candidate referred by the other person while Submitted to the client. So My overall experience with Reflik was very bad and not Happy with this kind of approach. Reflik steal the candidates from new recruiters & Not paying anything, :-( Be cautious before you submit the Good Candidates on Reflik.
