@@TheMillionaireRecruiter I think you've covered the main things but maybe just a couple of additional things to add: - Stick to standard fonts like Arial, Tahoma, or Calibri. Use font sizes between 10 and 12 for the body text. Avoid using headers, footers, and special characters that can confuse ATS. - While it's important to use keywords from the job description, make sure they fit naturally within the context of your resume. Avoid keyword stuffing, which can be obvious and off-putting to human readers. - Start your bullet points with strong action verbs like "managed," "developed," "implemented," "led," and "created." This not only helps with ATS but also makes your accomplishments more compelling to recruiters. - Have a dedicated section for skills, and include both hard and soft skills relevant to the job you're applying for. Make sure these skills are also reflected in your work experience to provide context. Use numbers, percentages, and metrics to quantify your accomplishments. For example, "Increased sales by 20%" or "Managed a team of 15." This adds weight to your achievements and is often favored by both ATS and recruiters.
