17 inning game. I remember that game. We were at that game. General admission seats were in the left and right outfield. We got there early and had seats right around the right field foul pole. And I believe it was a batting glove giveaway for youths. I would have been 12. At the time, I believe it was Royal's longest game.
Just keep in mind that I am only 14 years old, and here is what I noticed. When you are in your load ready to jump off of the rubber, your right foot comes off of the rubber and you end up stepping again with that same foot. Then when you leap, your drag toe (right foot) drags sideways. I believe that it should only be your toe dragging. I could be totaly wrong about this but I just wanted to give some feedback. 😊👍
Nice catch. You are correct on both although leaping is legal at most levels now. As for the replant that is not but the bands are going to mess with the mechanics. As for the foot collapse again I think the bands are coming into play but you are correct. Interesting part here is there's some research showing as long as the foot collapse doesn't happen before the stride lands it doesn't actually affect the pitch.
I remember that hi London football practice before I graduated about a year I wasn't for sure what he meant by keep on pushing until I saw this video just now
Here’s the thing. ru-vid.comUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time. Not rocket science.
The brochure indicates to leave a small gap between each rail during installation. Does there need to be a gap between the 2 rails or can they be flush during installation?
