Aidan you're quite a filmmaker man. This was such a joy to watch from beginning to end. Really well done across the board...and also a powerful message to share. Thanks for sharing your story
What a cute video 💕 I'm super happy to see my community experience documented in such a vulnerable way. Community is such a beautiful thing and I am so happy you had the chance to experience it with us. 🌞
It was just incredible and exactly what I needed. I can't wait to return later this year!! Thank you for watching! Now, time to train for our marathon video together!
Wow....what a watch. Thank you for your vulnerability, this video really resonates with us all. You've beautifully illustrated that feeling lonely is not synonymous with being alone. You've instantiated it is the quality, the intentionality, and the care in our connections that build healthy supportive communities and provide a cure to loneliness. I've watched this over a few times and each time I absorb another lesson in how community care is inextricably linked to our levels of companionship and happiness. It is so warming to see that even if you feel like you currently don't have that, it is possible to find and create it.
This is brilliant Aidan. Such a great video and more importantly a great message. It’s very hard to find your community, I agree with you, but like you said, it’s so worth it. Thank you for creating this ❤
Amazing video! Very powerful! You are right, when I talk with my community I feel so much better, and I don't feel like it's only me that have the same problems. Now we are helping each other to solves them. Thank you for sharing your experience with your community!
Just found your channel and I can say the editing and the style of filming is very high quality. I really hope it works out for you as a full time content creator. All the best to you.
Hey dude! Thanks so much and thanks for taking the time to watch! It’s certainly scary, but feels like the right thing to do 👊🏽😄 I’m glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you’re having a great day!
This looks really good and like what a lot of people need but I don’t know how to go about finding this, most people aren’t that open to it in city’s and it’s hard to find people that you really connect with
I hear you, I had to not only leave the city, but leave the country! But, it’s worth it to keep looking, trust me. And like I said in the video, if you struggle to find what you’re looking for, consider creating it. There’ll be people looking too just like yourself. Maybe they will find what you create, which will help you out also! Firstly, try looking for groups/meet ups in the hobbies/interests you’re into. Reading/movie clubs, games nights, hiking groups etc. Take some time to research and then work on approaching. It’s hard, but I promise you it’s worth it! I really hope this helps! 💛
Looks ideal, makes me want to strike out and rent a co-living space in town! But then I have flashbacks of my co-living experiences when I was in college and the first few years afterward... it's also called "having roommates". Unclaimed dirty dishes in the sink, tiny space in a shared fridge, people dragging home an endless stream of GFs and BFs, roommates dominating shared spaces with their own friends... uh, no thanks.
Hahaha, I know EXACTLY what you mean! I literally said this too before I went, but I promise, co-living although similar is not this at all. People are older, working full time, and don’t (at least in my experience) focus on parties or drinking. Instead the focus is cooking, hiking, great conversations etc etc. It’s clean and respectful and you can’t just invite people over (not without politely asking!) because the people’s friends are each other in the building, 99% don’t know anyone else, which is partly the beauty of it. Anyway, sorry for the essay haha! Hope this provides a bit more clarity for you dude! I would totally suggest researching into it too for yourself. Have a great day man and thanks for taking the time to watch the video! 🙌🏽
Found the video a solid 10/10 from start to finish with this one Aidan- really like the editing and shots you’ve gone for!! A very powerful message overall, please keep the vids coming. Always ready to watch them as soon as they come out!!
The storytelling, directing, editing, the message, the solution... EVERYTHING about this movie is ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!! I love what you've done here, and I really can't wait to see what else you produce in the future!
Dude!! This comment has made my year haha! Thanks so much and thanks for taking the time to click and watch man, it’s really hard to grow with my size channel so I really, really appreciate it! Glad you enjoyed and stoked to have to along for the ride! Have a great day!
@@AidanBelizaire Of course man! You've inspired me with your story and creative devices. We're here for you brother, you've got immense talent and I'm excited to watch your journey - it might not be the easiest, but I can promise you that it'll be the most worth it!
Lots of people have spoken about the content already and I really want to talk about how well made this is. You've such a great eye for composition and I loved the editing around the dual environments (lived in apartment vs empty apartment floor). A wealth of striking imagery on display here. What do you have in store next?
Thanks Gangst, love you bro 💛 (or should I say, bromigo hahaha). Next is a video about the 100 days of gratitude I completed recently! Working on it now actually! 🙏🏼 thanks for watching dude, means a lot x
Aidan this is so well done! Ironically, cities can feel more lonely than other places so co-living makes a lot of sense! This video needs waaay more views 🙏🏽
Yeah this is what I’ve found. It seems easier to connect the further from the city I go for some reason…. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch, I hope you have a gooooood day! 🫶🏼
How dare you make me feel all of this 🥹 i cant find the words to describe how beautiful this video is and how it made me feel.. much love to you Aidan ❤ very honored and glad to call you my friend
Very impactful and significant video, really depicts the growing endemic of us as a humanity moving further from our purpose as a community. Thank you for highlighting this but also showing there are growing solutions to this.
What a beautiful, touching video. Felt like I just watched a short film! Glad that you made it through the other side of your loneliness and found something really special ❤
Duuuuuude! It’s great to hear from you man! I’m glad you liked it thanks for watching!! I did, hopefully I’m heading back later this year, I can’t wait haha!
Hey Aidan! Thanks for making this! I learned alot from it. I have been there, being in a crowded room but feeling isolated. I've struggled with loneliness since the world changed in 2020 and my Dad passed in 2021. I would love to learn more about coliving. It looks like you have a great community there!
There were actually quite a few from North America there too. Perhaps during one of the school holidays you should consider it? Do you currently have a community (on or offline?), how’re you now? (No need to answer of course!)
this so beautiful on so many levels! and it brings me right back to your and our time here 😭🙏 ... AND I love how the secret protagonist appears at the very end 👀
Damn bro, this hit on some real truth, emotionally the first part was quite overwhelming, probably becuase I've been there in the past. Thanks for allowing yourself to be so vulnerable. I think a lot of folks are going to relate to this one. Beautifully shot and edited too. Bravo!
Thank you brother! I'm glad you liked the video. I think more people can relate than we expect, at least based on my research. Thanks for your support and let's get this road trip to Arcade Club booked in!
Wow, that's so honest and on point. It's 100% true! I left my community back home, I have friends here, but yeah, life gets in the way, and loneliness sets in. I have a full house all the time but still feel lonely most days. Miss past times when things were so much simpler. The more virtually connected we are, the more we feel the disconnect to the real world. Amazing video, my friend ! Hopefully, I'll see you soon 😊
I think the only way we can really navigate a topic such as loneliness is by being honest, open and vulnerable. It's very hard though, and confusing, especially when you feel this way whilst simultaneously being surrounded by people. I hope this video helps and you're able to use it to help yourself. Thanks so much for watching and yes, I'll see you soooooon! 💛
@AidanBelizaire I agree, and yes, confusing and tough is a way to put it! Hope we all find our way to something that would help us. Your video definitely helped 👌😉❤️
@@ruteparreira5736 then it’s done it’s job. I’m so so happy to hear this! I’ll be at the shop over the next few days so hopefully I’ll see you when I’m there! 😄
Amiga!!!!! I'm so so so happy you liked it! It's always nerve racking to see what the featured people think, especially as you gave your time and thoughts. Thanks again for being part of this, it wouldn't exist without you x
Aidan, this video offers a very powerful message that is relevant to people from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures and religions. It is simply breathtaking in its honesty. The filmmaking is of the highest quality, so necessary when there is an important message to share. I am so proud to call you my son. Daddio x
Genuinely fantastic, felt like I was watching a top Netflix documentary! I was wondering only yesterday when you'd drop another video and BAM here it is 🥳 Top top work cuz, looks like an amazing experience as well 👌
This video is fantastic, along with your personality and creative mind through your videos. I have no doubt you'll be killing it on here in no time. Excited to see what else you got in store!
Thanks so much dude, glad you enjoyed, and thanks for taking the time to watch! Just subbed to your channel dude, when's your next out? (I see you're taking a break)
@@AidanBelizaire Very soon! Believe it or not, I’ve been drawing my inspiration and true-self exactly from these creators in your video. Been seeking that truth for a little bit (hence the break) and don’t want to rush it, but in a few weeks I’ll get the ball rolling again 🤠
@@julianvpolo Oh no way dude! If it'll help we can always jump on a call man. Sometimes you just need to bounce your creator thoughts around with another creator. Helps me at least! Good for you dude, taking the time to breathe a bit and figure it out is awesome!
@AidanBelizaire bop is usually used to describe a peice of music someone likes eg "ay, listen to this, it's a bop" I used it here in relation to Hamilton as I couldn't find better words to describe how much I enjoyed Hamilton. Also when did you go?? I went on the 14th of February!
I found your channel like a week ago and I've watched almost all your video and I really admire how you do what you do like your storytelling they way you edit your videos
