A survivor HD ! A friend I grew up with father purchased one brand new. Motorcycle police use to pull him over & trade him a no-ticket for a test ride because they were riding the 45's ! Beauty!
I brought back lots of U and UL80's and 74's from Mexico back in the late 70's, early 80's. That was way before the internet and prices started skyrocketing. Now everyone thinks they're worth their weight in gold!
This one came from Guatemala. It was bought & brought by "Pronto" who lived in El Salvador. He delivered it to N. Calif. back in the late 80's - early 90's. I have the license plate from Guatemala. Last registered there in '78. Did you notice the KPH speedo?
i love your work my friend , i'm in ozzi ,we drive right hand your clearly on the wrong side of the road so 'im assuming your in north america but i've been all over the US and i don't recognise the terrain , those coastal type pine trees i'm thinkin your maybe east coast canada , i wonder where you are , cheers big ears from down under from a fellow flat head owner
How wonderful to hear from you. I am located in the Pacific Northwest. In particular, North coastal California. Eureka is the nearest town. Happy Tails to you!

There are real good gimbals for phones and cameras now. About a hundred bucks and up. My pause works great though. I put dehake editing on my Born Free and Roundup vids. I don't have shaky hands, I just suck at being still. I think I need a gimbal....Thanks Mark.
@@mrsmith1179 even long before I was retired I was building birdhouses out of scrap wood . On the front of the barn and placed parts of old automobiles and they seem to really nest in grills of old old autos .
@@MoeLarrycurly1 I made that box from old growth redwood scraps. And I made the hole 7/8". The sparrows can't get in but the chickadees can. Sparrows are a big problem when you make the hole any bigger.
@@mrsmith1179 long ago when I started making birdhouses I didn't know how small or big the hole should be. Use later on I finally looked it up. That way the Big Bird's couldn't get in and pick on the little birds
@@mrsmith1179 Спасибо за ответ,Может ВЫ кавото знаете,кто переделал Индиан на водяное охлаждение для лодки.Это память моего детства Фото лодки сохранилось
Hi Ruben The FL is 74 cubic inches and the EL is 61 cubic inches. As far as the rest . . . it's a toss up. Personally, I've always sought the EL because I'm OLD and they are easier to start. When I was young the old timers would always say " I wish I had my old 61".
Ain't but one kind made in my book, and we call them Hogs (Harley) ! Been riding them for 54 years, and love them! 👍🤠 My first was a 59 Panhead that I chopped, still had it until someone stole it not to long ago. I still have the title to it!😢
Nice bike but the engine is not 1927. Jap didn’t start making speedway engines until the early 1930’s and the long 5 (which is what this is) wasn’t made until 1936/37.
I worked on bikes back in the 80s. My boss cut his teeth on Harleys working his whole life on them. He ever called a Harley by its model he just used numbers. There were 45s, 61s, 74s and 80s.
