Great review! I agree that the gun is terrific and a good value. My only criticism is that it does not come with a smaller, touch-up sized cup, nor does it come with an adaptor that will enable use of the typical 125 ml hard plastic cup. The needed adaptor is a female M 16 X 1.5 on one end and the other is a male M14 X 1.0 (both metric sizes). The M16 fits the gun and the M14 the cup. The smaller cup is ideal for touch-up and smaller jobs. The only place I found that sells such an adaptor is Fittings Space in Las Vegas. It's about $19 plus $6 postage. I ordered mine online.
Bought my first truck from my dad, a 1973 Ford F100 with a 302 V8 three speed manual column shift. So glad I had the opportunity to drive one. Fun times!
Did you t in vacuum from the engine as well with a check valve on the engine side and pump side?. I have had several failures with the vacuum pumps and still have a little vacuum back up from the engine even though it runs out quickly. Looking into the leeds pump now.
I would like to try this external regulator set up. I'm NOT running a boosted engine. What would be the brand and part number of the regulator I would need?
Anybody know if this could be done to 35 year old stock pot lids? Heavy stainless steel but I would love to fix them as the replacements are crappy aluminum and nowhere near as good
they need to make the backing plate in two pieces it would eliminate the need to take axles out i cut mine in half with a plasma cutter and installed in two equal pieces it works awesome
What a gorgeous car. I saw one in this same color with a tan leather interior and tan top in San Marino, California. It was even more striking than this one. Wherever this man lives, I want to live there as well. Beautiful scenery.
Inherited my Dad's 1950 Jeepster. Haven't driven a 3-on-tree since 1990 when I was 13. Thank you for this video, spared me griding or destroying gears. Sunny day in the SE USA and going to take the jeepster out this weekend.
Love ya videos ! Thank you ! Have liked and subscribed… let me ask you, I’m spraying brandy wine and was wanting to do gold leaf and the bike will have gold/brass details throughout the bike… what would happen if I used a gold sealer and or gold instead of the Orion silver? Is it doable? What would the end color look like? And if it’s all good , could you refer a house of kolor gold or whatever tint you suggest? Thanks a lot man
I wouldn't recoment going over gold for what you are doing. Using Brandywine and Gold accents gives you an excellent contrast of colors. If you spray over gold, it's going to muddy the Brandywine and make it look less red
So I failed emission today the said my HC’s were too high. My IAC was at 10. Do I lower it I think that’s leaning it out to 0-1% or raise it? Idle HC PPM is 429.6 Limit is 400. My CO% 3.40 Limit 1.50 Thanks for helping
In my opinion, there was no better interior design than the 1964 imperial, simply the best, the attention to detail and craftsmanship was second to none; even Cadillac could not match it , Lincoln closer. Cadillac was a common example of affluence, while Imperial represented extraordinary, taste class, and refinement!
Troy, just started my initial run…IAC is always returning to 0. Idle will drop much more from 1600 to under 600…IAC still 0….engine runs great, starts well and accelerates nicely. Any ideas?
