This is great information, I am experiencing the worst oxalate dumping ever😢. It sucks but I know it has to be done. Plus now I know how to combat it. Little bits at a time that way you don't feel like you have the flu, with extreme gas and constipation.
Farmed fish is NEVER better than wild. I don't even eat fish anymore because of this. The ocean needs to heal. Maybe we could, IDK, STOP dumping shit in it???? It's a start...
How is Celiac disease not real? Many people that eat gluten have many issues and once stopped they feel so much better. Not in agreement with you on that one.
10 DAYS of high fat all carnivore diet SHRUNK the 5 cysts in my ovaries!!! I took 1 month break. Now back to carnivore and intend to go for 6 months. Hoping to improve my egg quality and get pregnant with baby # 2.
You're a good doctor but you are preaching the wrong thing about God. God is God we are not God. I feel bad that everybody believes that. We are not in control of our destiny. God is in control through his word.
You may want to watch Jesse Lee Peterson if you want to understand Kiltzy's genius. Your post is checkers. Kiltzy's approach is 4D chess, whether he knows it, or not
Calculate your BMR Calories: Multiply your weight by 4.3 and; your height (in inches) by 4.7 Add these two numbers together Add 655 to this number Multiply your age by 4.7 Subtract from the previous total to get your total calories 1426 calories for a 35 year old 150lbs/62" height Daily intake for 1426 kcals. 1426 x 70% (0.7) = 998.2 fat 1426 x 25% = 356.5 protein 1426 x 5% = 71.3 carbs 70 percent, 998.2 kcals come from fat. 25 percent, 356.5 kcals come from protein. 5 percent, 71.3 kcals come from carbohydrates. Fat provides 9 kcals per gram. Protein & Carbohydrates provide 4 kcals per gram. Fat: 998.2 ÷ 9cal = 110.9g. Protein: 356.5 ÷ 4cal = 89.125g. Carbohydrates: 71.3 ÷ 4 = 17.8g.
What I truly feel about a Carnivore diet is to find what works for each person as an individual in relation to how badly damaged their bodies are. Some people's immune systems are in such bad shape that, if possible, the lion diet of beef, salt, water for a good 3-6 months, maybe even longer depending on what needs healing, for relief is the most healing. Then add in coffee, tea, eggs, some dairy, other protein. What ever works for a person to keep them as carb free as possible. Some people don't handle dairy at all, some people have egg allergies. It is finding the sweet spot that works for you. Some people are finding they feel much better if they add a piece of fruit now and then and a few leafy greens. Everyone's body works differently. I think more strict in the beginning to allow the body to heal and again, depending on how sick you are. It took years of improper eating to get us to a point of our bodies breaking down and takes a while to recover. Most people see immediate results in one form or another in the beginning. Remember, the goal is not about weight loss ( I see way, way to many Carni youtubers focus too much on this. These are the ones with eating disorders, and the funny thing is that even after they lose weight - their main focus is on their weight, their constant exercising, their appearance and not on healing the mind and healing the body.) The main reason for this is healing, restoration and living in harmony with what we put in our bodies. It brings peace, calmness and clarity.
