Cricketers need not be worldly wise and understand the economics of the sport. It would be in the interest of the players and also the boards to not schedule international cricket during the ipl. As a professional, you cannot criticize someone for wanting to take an opportunity that is going to reward them the best, both with the quality of the competition and also the remuneration.
