I would always sleep on the floor just whenever, (I have this weird personal thing where I have a hard time sleeping in one place for too long, so switching between the floor and my bed helped) then one day I started suffering extreme neck cramps. It would literally get to a point where my neck was so stiff I couldn’t turn it at all. I tried literally every exercise I could find, and while they helped they were only temporary solutions, meaning I’d have to do the exercises 2-5 times a day depending on how bad it was that day. But I noticed that whenever I slept on the floor it seemed like the stiffness was not as severe. Eventually I stopped sleeping on my mattress altogether and after, probably less than a month, I felt no soreness in my neck at all. Sleeping on the floor is definitely something I recommend people trying, especially if they have any stiffness in the spinal region. At least from my own experience it’s one of the best changes I’ve made, with low risk and high reward.
Bro said "farted" and "bullshit" in the first 30 seconds and got his video de-monetized 😂😢 Let's have a moment of silence 🕯️ P.S Great work on the vid btw! As life improvement habit lover, I definitely wanna adopt this into my lifestyle. It's going to be a challenge convincing my partner to get onboard (no pun intended), however i think I can make it happen. She might just come back home one day to a "re-arranged bedroom" 😂😂😂 Anyway, keep up the great work! Happy New Year and all the best from Western Australia 🦘😎🤙🏼
Hey can u help me plzz I am preparing for a medical exam in India should i use caffiene pills for like only 3 months and if yes how many mg should i use Man I really need to clear this exam it's super tough I need to study 16 hours a day is caffien usefull on a 16 hours long won't i get more sleepy Plz reply if u got time?
hey, good luck on your exams! firstly I'm not a doctor so this is just advice is anecdotal. how I would use caffeine is 100mg at around 3 hours after u wake up or after working 2 hours, preferably with breakfast so you don't get a food crash. tht caffeine will wear off after around 3 hours. I wouldn't ingest anymore caffeine after tht, but some people can get away with maybe another 30mg after tht. I wouldn't ingest anymore caffeine since it'll affect your sleep quality. I would also drink liquid coffee where 1 cup is 100mg. not the biggest fan of caffeine pills anymore to specifically answer ur questions, the effects of caffeine last around 3-4 hours. so it's not going to get u through 16 hour sessions. I also don't think 16 hour sessions is realistic either 😅. 6 hours 6 days a week is more realistic. sleep as much as u can and good luck. let me know how it goes!
@@davistong bro thanks for replying Yes the problem is that caffienn did lose its effect after 3 hours I want to know why cannot I take more Like after 100mg caffienn losses it's effect in 3 hours can't I just pop another 100mg tablet for another 3 hours??
@PS-pb3qy yeah in the shorterm u can. but you will become desensitized to it very quickly. hence why some people go on to drink 300-400mg of caffeine over time. it is not sustainable at all, and caffeine withdrawals are a thing as well. read ab caffeine half life as well my personal protocol? caffeine mon-wednesday (100mg morning and 25mg afternoon) and four days off. good luck again!
@@davistong yeah bro u are right the withdrawal hits super hard It's like I lose all feelings my mind just shuts down I think I will stick with black coffee Thanks bro 😊😊
I wish I knew this when I was studying in uni. Now I use caffeine pills as a pre-workout supplement. Pre-workout drinks have too much caffeine and sugar in them.
@@davistong I am sensitive to caffeine too, but I found that mixing it with L-Thianine helps get rid o the adverse effects; plus, the combo is a nootropic and will help with focus and creativity. 👍
hello! at 1:38 you're wearing hunter gym shorts and it caught me off guard bc I'm a hunter senior and I'm planning on going to rutgers lol. do you have any tips?
LOL, you have a good eye. Some catered advice (since we're both from hunter) I'll give, is probably to experiment a lot first semester freshman year. There's low opportunity of internships anyways, so imo (obviously depends on your major still but), it is extremely worthwhile to shave 0.5 off your first semester GPA to prioritize meeting new people, trying new hobbies/clubs/interest meetings etc. The reason is that that first semester, that is the absolute easiest time it'll be for you to make friends/learn new shit. After that, it's much harder 10x, so sacrificing a bit upfront so u don't have to worry about who to hangout with, bumbling around with no hobbies, etc is much better than having that hang over your head for years and even longer with your 4.0. And so after your first sem, you'll have a much better understanding of what you like, and how you operate with your newfound free time. And then you can go back to focusing on school with your new hobbies, friends, new perspective etc.
Hii dude, your channel helped me a lot because I was a freshman and studied engineering like you (environmental eng). But it's like you said we're getting old and we want good memories. Well, to get these good memories i needed to dropped this college that consumed my mental health and it was the best thing I did in my life, now I'm studying Modern Languages and I've never felt so proud of myself. You haven't been around for a while but i hope you are doing well. Peace.
caffiene works on the adenosine receptor, competing with it (adenosine when bound to the receptor makes you feel drowsey) melatonin is the actual hormone that makes you fall asleep so not entirely inverse but close :)
I dissolve under my tongue. I fall asleep quickly. But I got an overactive bladder. So I wake up multiple times. I do have more vivid dreams though. Feels more like memories.
I would love your thoughts on calling yourself a minimalist with that amount of clutter. I don't judge anyone's own opinion or choice, but I can't see why you'd want it there?
