Reminds me of great uncle and uncle. My great uncle had three combat jumps into Europe with the 82nd. My uncle had two tours in Vietnam and a third out of Thailand doing something "over the border". And they would have breakfast at a diner and just talk about normal stuff. My great uncle had a Silver Star and my uncle had a Purple Heart.
I recently replayed imaginations I didn’t think it was a a great as it was said to be. It felt more like filler tbh. IMO Superchargers is the real ending, the credits in imaginations go hard tho
I can’t wait to see Star Lord return for the next Avengers movies. Just imagine him with his grandfather chilling and then an attack happens. Star Lord promises his grandfather he’ll be back, but that will go horribly because of the multiverse collapsing.
Is it just me, or is the guy playing the grandfather way too young? Peter's in his mid 40s. That guy should be north of 90. Just saying. Great scene, though.
...the funniest thing about the MCU right now is that somewhere in Missouri there's a middle aged millennial asking his 90-year-old grandfather how to turn on the Google machine.
0:39 I thought Chris Pratt was done with playing Star Lord and with the MCU. Peter coming back to Earth and his emotional reunion with his grandfather was the perfect ending to his story.
