Not a single manufacture appears to publish a sizing charts for WOMEN's gloves. I know it's not as big an investment as men's gloves, but seriously, if you are buying online and can't try them on, $20-$30 for the gloves + $10 shipping + another $10 return shipping is prohibitive to play "guess the right fit".
It is true that most all professional lacrosse players cannot make a living off of their league wages but there has been a growing number of players that are making a living from lacrosse. This would include a mix of coaching (club level to high school and college), running camps and hosting tournaments. More players dedicating their lives to lacrosse will only help grow the sport and its legitimacy as a marketable sport.

Nick H true but when your kids need food and cloths on there back and you need to make a house payment and gas for your car you better get payed well to do it. They may be over payed but at least they dont need 2 or 3 jobs just to put food on the table.
@PeskyGames if you currently are using medium sized pads, then the medium size for the Integra line will work great. Each of these pads have flexibility in sizing whether it be customizable velcro straps on the arm pads or straps on the shoulder pads so you should have some leeway with sizing.
