Bub’s Shooting Drill with Thompson Brothers Lacrosse 

Growing up, the Thompson Brothers spent endless hours in their backyard perfecting their game. Through those years their father, Jerome Thompson Sr., was always there to help them perfect their craft through various drills. One such drill, as Lyle dubbed “Bub’s Shooting Drill”, is geared towards fighting bad habits while working on a quick release shot.
