I have been hearing this bird since I was a young girl. I was trying to explain to my husband the song this little bird sings and I’m so glad I finally found it. This made me so happy. 🧡

Got one in my yard right now finally got a good look at it. The song is amazing and mesmerizing from such a small, cute bird. I live in central Indiana and its late July.

I’ve been trying to figure out which bird is making this beautiful sound. I hear it just before dark near a hiking trail in Tennessee. It echoes in the Mountain area. Beautiful.

Has a distinct, almost metallic, sound. Hearing it reverb across the lake as you paddle back before dusk can even make it eerie. Almost like a robot bird haha Nature is amazing!

I miss the song of these sweet little birds. They were an ever-present magical song during my youth in Northern Ontario. My favourite songbird. Thank you do much for this.❤️

This birds vocal range is insane. I was sitting listening to one a few evenings ago at my campsite in Kejimkujik National park...just trying to imagine what kind of vocal chords you need to accomplish this! One of my favorite song birds!

The hermit thrush is pure magic! When you hear them in the woods, especially multiple at once it's like you're in a fantasy land.

We saw one of these on our tent platform when we camped at the amusement park. It came down to eat catkin seeds. It hopped around, chirped, ate seeds, hopped over to the fire ring and ate graham cracker crumbs from our s'mores while I watched and my friend was in her tent. It was fairly bold and so cute!
