You know, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much easier and potent now!
Just went to a new Grocery Outlet that opened up super close. I will never get over how amazing their prices are and it all started for me with this video 😄
I think if you want more people to get onboard you should definitely talk about their predatory business tactics, like not allowing farmers to resow crops. That and the recent glyphosate concerns, along with gluten intolerant people being able to eat fresh wheat has pushed me to grow more of my own stuff. You could also help people find places to buy heirloom seeds
Almost like having a conversation with my late parents or grandparents talking about the Depression, etc. Thank you for sharing. Your grandfather is a joy to listen to. Such a great attitude.
I love this book I absolutely cried my eyes out while reading the chapters about animal cruelty I wish more people knew what happened behind the scenes
I read Skinny Bitch in 2011 (?) and it changed my life. The awareness of what we do to animals when we want to include animal products in our diet. I was horrified by the treatment of animals that was reviewed in the book. I"m normally repelled by this and would walk away but for some reason it didn't turn me off to the book - just the way I was eating. It did motivate me to become a vegan. I have never gone back. I was pursuing a weight loss diet but instead got enlightened about the diet I was eating. But - I ended up losing 60 lbs. So I am forever grateful to Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. It was the push I needed.
I guess, you only put these in your bag or pockets when they're still clean... Way too loose and in consequence a complete mess! What about a snap or so?! Not to mention, that you can easily make them yourself (even without a sewing maschine) at a much lesser cost.
sometimes listening to your BODY instead of new age bs is healthy too because at the end of the day, it's _important to understand_ that beans? are okay to eat. and if yr hungry, having a few cashews isn't wrong
Sarma has destroyed her reputation. So easily conned by a loser. I hope nobody ever invests in her again. I guess she got a slap on the wrist, serving only 4 months for stealing and giving 1.5 million to her psycho husband. And she is still talking to him.
