They could have made this scene much more impressive. The Incredible Hulk series had an episode where he bends the tanks gun and then pushes it backwards against the tank's engine and the episode was made just a few years after this one.
@@glennszydlowski5987 they also made her bend the turret here and it was shown in the original broadcast but it has been cut from home releases of the series for whatever reason. You can see the bent turret for a few frames in the last shot when the camera zooms in on her face. At 1:51, she even takes her hands off it. I think the VHS release might show it.
@@Don-Jack It would be one of the most impressive feats of strength she performs for the entire series. There is an awkward cut between when she steps on the hatch on top of the tank and the next scene when she puts her hands on her hips. I do agree that you can see what looks like the bent barrel of the tanks gun, but it is just for a few frames at the beginning of that cut. I wish someone would post the full clip if it does exist out there.
“Sand” originally appeared on “Whirlygig”, the 1997 LP by Nancy and Ann Wilson’s side project, the Lovemongers. More than a decade later, at the behest of producer Ben Mink, it was RE-RECORDED for Heart’s “Red Velvet Car” album (2010)❗️ Dixit Nancy about the song : “It’s a tough one to get through because it sums up THE ARC OF A LOVE AFFAIR, OR THE ARC OF A LIFE, OR THE END OF A SEASON. It’s a simple concept big enough to imprint heavily in your life - the idea that time runs out.” 💙⌛️💚⏳💜
I don’t think anyone here understands how much of an honour it was for them to play this song. Led Zeppelin themselves stopped playing it in concert after Jon Bonham died. So for Heart to cover this…. Truly an honour,
Does anyone know if they ever played "When the Levee Breaks" at this show? It seems so unlikely to do such a perfect set of nearly the full album, and not end with the last song - an all time favorite of mine, and many others. If they can do justice to "Stairway" and "Battle of Evermore", they can do "When the Levee Breaks". With Jason. And I, for one, would love to hear it.
