What utter bullshit. We have plenty of data showing that children raised without fathers do just fine. But what we actually know shortens children's telomeres is chronic stress, such as when their parents aren't getting along. So if you're "staying together for the children". Don't. Just don't. Get the hell out. No man is worth shortening your child's life.

That would be an extreme case, JP is talking about generalities like 80% of boys raised without a father will either; spend most of their life in prison, spend most of their life addicted to drugs or die young. Well these men need to step up then dont they???? Listen, men have been getting away with being dead beat dads for so long society has adapted. Dont even get me started on the fathers that do stay in the same household as a family unit because the wifes/GFs are the true runners of the household. I digress.... Women dont need men anymore. Im not saying the few goods ones that legitimately help arent wanted but aside from that men are the extra burden thats not needed. Most men are man babies. Single moms are raising Doctors, Engineers and the NEXT President of the United States. So......enough of shaming single moms for doing a job they couldnt stay to do. Single moms are doing just fine on our own!

Clinical psychologists are doctors who specialize in mental illnesses & behavioral health. Clinical psychologists are actually able to prescribe psychotropic medications in 7 states (i.e., New Mexico, Louisiana, Illinois, Iowa, Idaho, Colorado, & Utah) as well as the Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, the U.S. military, & the U.S. territory of Guam. Psychotherapy is only but a small portion of what they do. They are clinical scientists who are able to diagnose patients; administer psychological assessments, intelligence tests, & personality tests. They receive extensive knowledge & practice in psychopathology via coursework, research, externships/practica, clinical internship, & postdoctoral fellowships.

The female equivilant ofcourse is her ability to subtly fein ignorance and play coy.. to carefully exagerate her need to be cared for.. to create an environment that invites the man to step in and step up as her protector and provider. This makes sense, but it is so very hard to be mindful. I lived pretty in the moment for a long while, even though ive struggled with OCD and anxiety for years. Then my uncle passed unexpectedly almost a year back and it was like glass shattering. I am happily married now from around the same time that happened since my wife was also diagnosed with a permanent illness. Shes worried about me though cause i havent slept right since my uncle passed. And now my father has permanent damage to his hearing and its breaking my heart. I just want to make everything okay and im powerless. And yet i keep finding it so difficult to accept. My family and friends tell me just don't worry and its the hardest thing I've ever done i think Terrible sinking feeling in my chest every night. I try so hard to be self aware and its just not working. Just had to get this out. I feel awful for burdening my wife with all of my feelings.
