Girl I am so scared to go via Aclipse 😭 I’ve been looking alllll over the internet for a review of creverse. I should be teaching for April institute, Chungdam or IGarten but the old comments about those places on Reddit are terrifying me 😂 I’m supposed to go in November. They’re offering me 2.5 but I don’t have teaching experience although I have a masters degree (which they don’t care about most likely).
What's Korea like for a young mixed family (Brown British and Pakistani)? We've been teaching in Cambodia for 7yrs now, Cambridge curriculum, and wife is eager for a change of scenery after our first baby. I'm excited for a change too, but thinking, do the schools provide assistance with your children, is it possible to work at the same school, and what is the curriculum taught? Cheers for any info.
Hi Tlolo thank you so much for such an informative video. Can you please share the process of application with hangwon and doesn't the documents expire after verification?
Hi Buhle, I have video I made a while back about the documentation process for hagwon schools. And no the documents don’t expire, it’s only the police clearance that does. You have to do it every 6 months
I think you’ll be able to get through with the application process however if you don’t have a South African passport then there might be issues with the immigration office
This was so informative because i am planning on coming there this year while i am pursuing another degree through UNISA. So in my situation definitely EPIK should be my option. Thank you Tlotlo
Thank you so much this was super helpful. My documents should be ready end of Jan and i have a few friends already in SK and they also suggested for me to wait until my documents are ready before contacting a recruiter.
Hey love your video, I send documents to DIRCO for China, is it possible to later apostille those same documents when they return to time then redoing the whole process. Trying to keep options open

Hey Tlotlo, Thank you for the informative video,getting a good recruitment agency can get a bit tricky. I just wanted to ask you a question. Would you recommend someone to get a job in a kindergarten or to get a job elementary /middle school? I've heard that the workload in kindergartens can get hectic.
Hey it all depends on what you want and what you can handle, some people can’t handle small kids and some can. Some simply want to work in the afternoon and some don’t mind the 9-6 work schedule
This is very helpful. I am currently in the process os applying for the EPIK programme, but I'm worried my documents won't be ready on time. Like you I definitely see myself in SK next shame. Ive heard so many scary stories about Hagwons so watching this really really helped put things into perspective. ❤
Personally I haven’t had to negotiate this far because I’ve been given the salary that I want but I hear some ppl say they have negotiated for no airfare reimbursement just so that they can have a higher salary
I lived in daegu for a year and I absolutely loved it 🥰 it was amazing and the people are very friendly and helpful. I am currently living in Seoul but I’ve traveled to other cities. I am obsessed with Busan the vibe there is very different to all the other cities but I’ll make a video on the cities I suggest to live in
