Do you remember if the red pusher is painted or does it have a rubber cap or something. Love the review and definitely looking at this piece or one of their manual winding models that aren't so tall.
AddiesDive do some really nicely executed watches, I just wish they would go with just the logo and stop printing the name on the dial. A very lame name that clearly wasn't researched very well and sounds rather silly. Seems they may have looked at Adidas and then scrambled together something that is quite similar, something the Chinese do with most things. Addie here in the UK has connotations of a nickname for someone named Adams or similar. OceanDiver or similar would be far better or Neptune, anything but AddiesDive😂. I bought the SteelDive version instead purely because of the name.
Hi, ive been buying watches for over 40 years and i have to say when i received my tactical frog v4 blue on blue it just hit the spot, its a superb watch at the price and as far as i can tell has no quality issues whatsoever, the bezel is really good on this version. Its really light weight, looks fantastic and wears really well on my 7" wrist. The supplied strap is realy comfortable. I really don't think you could find any better at this price point and would give it 5* all round.
Can this watch be used for swiming if watch goes 0.5 meter under the water? And lets say you leave this watch for a week in the glass full of water, won't the water come inside the watch or fog start appear under the front glass?
@watchreviews4k that's great! I just bought a Frederique Constant Chronograph with the FC-391 movement and I want to run the Chronograph constantly when I'm wearing it. So this means I can right?
@watchreviews4k Sorry to belabor the point but I hope you can help me. I've been told that if a chronograph has a vertical clutch you can run the chronograph without excess wear on the movements. Is this not true.
It seems like a nice and reasonably priced product. I just wish that it had a rest mode of around 12 hours, to allow the mainspring to partially unwind. I would have to put it on a timer.
Just ordered a V6 with the 500m bezel that matches the Omega. Looking fwd to it. I have an early one whoch i like but in low light its difficult to read. White hands and indices will be better.
your reviews are superb . in terms of explanation and someone who goes through everything in great detail, I could buy a watch purely on your recommendation.
I just bought one for the design since I can’t as most afford a RM. I didn’t get the titanium because I liked the blue strap. How can I get different color straps? There website has straps but no description on what watches there for.
I have the blue dial version , and just bought this and had it delivered today... I had planned on selling the blue dial, but as I was playing with my new white dial version, I put my bracelet on the white dial and put the Formex blue leather strap on the blue dial, they now look like 2 different watches if that makes sense, and I dont think Im going to sell the blue dial, but keep both, I think these watches which can be found with 10% off in the UK, are best value on the market, I also bought a white dialled Christopher ward this week, that I will be returning... My long-winded point is, these are as another RU-vidr said recently, very cheap for what you're getting, Ive owned Omega Agua Terras and Grand Seikos which these pinch some design language from, and find these better in every way, Agua Terras always made me angry with no micro adjust, and GS to light.. Just found your channel and this is best review out there, thanks!
Rolex has pissed away it's reputation among many watch lovers based on the way they do business. Pagani has more dignity than Rolex these days. Give these a look, they are pretty damn nice for the price and this is coming from someone who knows tons of Swiss watches.
I have this exact watch, I love it. I took the bracelet off and replaced it with an Omega rubber dive strap because I noticed I was putting a few scratches in the bracelet clasp and bracelet, I originally did that just to preserve the bracelet but I love the way it looks with the dive strap, and it makes the watch much lighter to wear. Mine's loosing about 6sec a day now I'm going to send it off for a service and to get the balance tuned up. The way with the crown at position 2 the hour hand jumps in one hour increments and is always in the correct position according to the minutes hand is brilliant engineering, it's also a good way to check for authenticity, I've seen a good PO600m clone that looked like a genuine even looking at the movement through the crystal back, but when I pulled out the crown it didn't work like a genuine 8900 movement, it still had a three position crown position 1 still wound the mainspring manually but position 2 just adjusted the date and position 3 adjusted the time by winding the minute hand around and around to inturn move the hour hand.
How's the alignment of the bezel with the indices on the dial I keep hearing about poor quality control does the bezel lineup correctly with the dial markers
The fact that China can produce a watch for these prices tells you all you need to know about the hype and swiss manipulation. But yeah, cuck for them with the "but but research and marketing" justifies the $15,000 price.
Agree whole heartily about 20 -16 .Infact I won't make a purchase if it 20-18 or just straight from top to bottom .Also using the word abhorrent is a little extreme & way over used in this video
This is an old review. The latest versions of this Benyar have corrected most of the complaints and the QC is much improved. All these complaints for a bargain entry mechanical for the price of $28 USD is a bit of expecting too much. Many of the desired features are had from a watch costing 100% more. The 21mm lug width unfortunately still exists. The case back spelling error is gone. The case is no zinc, too heavy to be zinc. It's likely brass. The case arrived with no flaws as stated. The same oyster style 3 link bracelet is used but the link spacing is tighter. Still a solid link bracelet with solid end links! And my version's regulation is within those watches with NH35 movements. Are there items I wished it had done differently, yes of course, the case bezel dia. could be 39mm, the lug width at 20mm. The handset size would look more proportional. But I see why they did this, so that this entry level offering does not competed with their Pagani Design up-market offering in this style. But we get the same factory quality manufacture as a Pagani Design in a Benyar. I found this model and the Benyar 'Oyster Perpetual' in numerous dial colors to be excellent beater mechanical watch values.
Hey , 😎 Hoping you enjoying your retirement 🍸☀️🏖️! I have a question! I bought the pagani milgauss homage last week ! Great watch for the summer 😎💎👍🏻! But ; during the size”ing of the bracelet , the springbar of the buckle side ( extion fit/ micro adjustment )sprong out, and i can”t find it anymore 😬🙈! Do you perhaps know what”s the size of that springbar is/was , so i can get/order a new one 🙏👍🏻 Thikness and length! Thanks in advance ! Kind regards J
Thank you for your good wishes. I don't know the size. See link below; you can buy an 8-25mm spring bar set from Amazon. Regards, #WR4K www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00DHPM6GG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks for your review. The manual is so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it. Watching your video allowed me to figure out all the button operations......
Absolutely fantastic review. Doesn’t get much better than this. How would you say the glycine fairs against something like a spinnaker quality wise. Thanks.
Есть желание ещё добавить что вы именно делаете профессиональные обзоры !!!! Именно профессиональные !!! После вашего обзора другие уже смотреть не возможно ! Спасибо .
What is the point of a divers extension when it’s not a dive watch & only has 100m of water resistance🤔…..also the bracelet should taper to 16mm & imho watch looks better on a fkm waffle or tropic strap.Currently the V3 is priced @ £56 or $71,quite a good deal
"What is the point of a divers extension when it’s not a dive watch & only has 100m of water resistance" Wrist expansion in warmer weather, or when one is active. Regards, #WR4K
@@watchreviews4k seriously 😄…. No one’s wrist gets that fat because it’s hot or they’ve exercised….No doubt it was meant for a dive watch & they just stuck it on the 1701
You are mistaken. For example see my Omega Speedmaster review below. The clasp has a micro adjustment mechanism to allow for wrist expansion. Regards, #WR4K ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nAuXrsliz6A.html
I don't have a problem with a quality stamped steel clasp. As long as it works good and is comfortable, what's the difference. Milled looks nice but not necessarily imo, especially in tbis price range. Great review though. This will be my next watch.
