I spent money on a cardiologist for the same reason, turns out smart watches are not accurate at all. I wouldn't worry about it honestly. If you really want to make sure you can buy a garmin HR strap to put around your chest, it connects to the watch and it's far more precise. Depression can play tricks on you don't spend too much time on your own/with your own thoughts, because you can't trust them.
I've had insomnia pretty much my entire life, i started smoking weed at 28 years old and never looked back, i only smoke 1h before bed time and turn off all screens/light source. Trust me it works. I also do light therapy (using luminette 3), but turning off all lights an hour or two before bed time is just as important. Exercise also helps but I know it's hard when you are in the pit of depression. Hope it helps.
Drink warm milk and eat a few teaspoons of honey , take L Arginine 1000 mgs if ok with your doctor and elevate your legs 45 degrees above your chest while laying flat and I bet you will sleep 😴 buddy , good luck , JESUCRISTO ✝️ TE BENDIGA
Do not take those anti depressants . Give that shizz back my man it's complete bs. Smoke a blunt of a sativa it don't matter if it's cbd or thc if weed is legal where you live get the real stuff I promise you it will work and it's not them horrible pills the big phram companies are giving out like candy. Trust me dude it want hurt you just try it them pills come with crazy side effects that are just not worth it. It seems your suffering from bad anxiety which will also help with that it's worth a try I'm not one of those guys that think weed cures everything in most cases it will cure nothing but it Wil definitely help with being depressed and also help with anxiety. And if you don't like the smoke get gummies or something that does not require you to smoke
Get off the meds. Try and be naturally happy. Even "act as if." For example, smile, even if you dont want to. You can trick your brain into thinking you are happy. Which can lead to true happiness.
I bet it's not what it is man. I hope it gets better for you though. We always think the worst, it's nature but i'd bet you will be ok and look back and laugh, satay strong buddy.
bro get a hold of some unruly og from blem. that shit put me to sleep!!! most melatonin fromt the stores are synthetic. try to find some real natural melatonin. double check the brand. magnesium flakes will help too. do not take anti depressants!!!! i had a stomach flu and the first dr said i was nervous and gave me that stuff. worthless dr. I see another dr the next week thats actually good and she test my poop to find out i have a stomach virus. anti depressants are not good!!! working out/ going for a walk is better than taking synthetic mood pills.
Know it's hard to believe I have not slept in 4 years maby slept 2 times in that period I don't know how i do it it's hard struggle exhausted here I am still alive
yeah no if you haven't slept at all in that time you'd be dead. what you actually mean is you get very LITTLE sleep on average, which is also an issue but not immediately fatal.
We're rooting for you! I think you may enjoy the counselor that your doc is helping with. Happy July 1! I love the first of the month, it's a great day to start a new habit.
One thing I really liked about your last video is that you mentioned some things you were doing to help yourself. Walks, diet, etc. I'd love to see a video that says "I think I have insomnia", but then you spoke about all of the steps you've taken to improve your sleep habits. Wake up and go to sleep at the same time everyday. Get sunshine first thing everyday. Exercise until you're tired. Stop looking at screens an hour before you try to go to bed. Take a hot shower before bed instead. Watch videos or read about how to sleep better. Do the work, reap the rewards. Also- SFI is extremely rare, about 1 in a million. This disease is highly unlikely to be causing your sleep problem, worrying about this disease however, is highly likely to cause your sleep problem. Take a moment to appreciate the irony. Then, try to focus less on "the doom" and more on the solutions. As a rule, let's assume you have no diseases until a doctor tells you you do. There's no limit to how much worry your imagination can produce... let's not do that. Try to recognize the difference between real fear (I'm being chased by a dog), and self-created fear. (I think I'm going to be chased by a dog). If you had SFI, you wouldn't be able to help yourself. But helping yourself is exactly what you need to do. Is it possible that this fear is a way of avoiding what you know you must do to get well? (Standard disclosure - I'm not a doctor, just an internet idiot. Do your own research, talk with doctors. ). :)
@@iSaucyy8 the problem is our minds always think the worst do you have depression anxiety disorder ? What type of antidepressants are you taking ? If you don't mind me asking
Sugar. One night I was playing music at a local bar. I had been feeling weird for weeks, but then right in the middle of the show my eyes seemed to get worse and the lights got all starburst looking, I felt like I was going blind and I kinda was. The next day I found out I had diabetes. I was in my late 30s when I realized that I had been poisoning myself for years, we all eat waaaaay too much sugar. It's really hard to avoid sugar and carbs, but cutting down is maybe the best thing a person can do for their health. If you have diabetes, the doctor will give you drugs, and if you're lucky, the nurse will explain that dietary changes and cutting sugar can slow or in some cases cure diabetes.
That’s what I been trying to do is change my diet. Now I don’t drink energy drinks anymore and I really don’t drink any kind of soda. Last fall I was 230 pounds now I’m 191 pounds.
