Keep your head bro I been there before I was depressed 3 years ago I feel you trust me you will get over it just take some time off heal mental health is real what helps is working out that's what I do something different in your routine you get me. As for not sleeping that much I feel you on that I still have issues with sleeping sometimes I don't sleep what helps is working out ,& for me posting content for my subs, & going to work going crazy hard helps with depression + I heard pills help also💪🏼🙏🏽 stay bless bro you got this.
