It's funny how all these clowns think that steroids magically give you muscles. You still need to put in the work. I've never used steroids, but I knew a few people who have. I was still bigger than one of them because he barely worked out. And the other dude was on par with me. He still had to bust his ass. Haters are always gonna hate what they dont have or can't achieve. I'll be adding the raise variation to my routine.
Lean forward for shoulders (i.e. tucked planche), straight for lower chest, lean back for tricepts ( impossible dips). Also Russian dips/tiger bend for both shoulders and tricepts.
