I like your videos. I have a question. For how long does a normal person have to train to have good results? I have another question, sorry, lol ... supplements like protein would help to increase musculaire mass ? Thanks cheers ;)

Thank you 🙏🏼 45-1 hour a day 4-6 times per week and stick with it for 6 plus months you’ll see great results. Protein helps relate the muscle but need the carbs and fats as well for energy. 💪🏼
