This is so helpful! thank you so much for making this video! I have a question about the table on 3:50 about when to take emergency contraception when missing a COCP. I thought that women were generally most fertile around days 12-16ish. Using that logic, wouldn't it make more sense to have a sigh of relief for week 1, emergency contraception for the end of week 2 and beginning of week three and skip the pill free interval for the final week? Maybe im misunderstanding or maybe these two concepts are not related. Just wondering

Just a quick correction , I believe regarding the retropharymgeal abscess part, it’s posterior border is the alar membrane and it’s floor is T4 vertebrae , I believe dangerous area is of the neck is what you wanted to convey here since it’s posterior border is the pre vertebral fascia and it extends to the mediastinum , a quick note would be that it’s anterior border is the alar membrane .
