Hey! Thanks for sharing this lovely pattern. I also used 2 colors (Baby blue and linen color). It turned out perfectly, but i manage to increase the pattern, make it bigger. My hands are sore now, but can't stop thinking about crochet another bag!
Don't wanna lie but I was super convinced this wasn't gonna work out. 🙈So much so I undid all my rows while watching the video...by the time I got to the end of the video I redid all my undone work😂😂😂Oh boy! Loved the tutorial 👌
You create the best tutorials for crochet. I’ve seen MANY & been crocheting for years. You’ve even taught me a thing or 2😊When I need to share tutorials you’re my go to 🫅
Thank you so much for your clear explanation! Love the pattern sooo much❤️❤️ Ps. Yes i think this is not suitable for really beginner. But your tutorial is so clear. Thanks
You can use this granny square for any personal project or for a project that is a gift. You just can't use the design to make your own design and sell the pattern, if that makes sense.
FYI…this creator has 44 pages of her creations. So to look for this particular pattern you have to search through a lot. I didn’t go through it all and that opinion is up to you but I realized that the link doesn’t go directly to this pattern I left! 😮
I apologize. I sometimes upload the video before the blog post is completed and do not have a link to the pattern. I have updated the description and add a pinned comment with the link to the pattern. www.windingroadcrochet.com/crochet-throw-blanket-pattern/
I don´t know if someone is still gonna see this, but how can u make the second loop (?) not that tight, because i´m having problems passing through that
You can loosen your tension if that is doable, or you can try using a larger hook. I have also seen people hold their hook at an angle to adjust tension.
Yes I can. Large pumpkin 41 st and 54 rows - 10 inches by 22 rows Medium pumpkin 31 st and 42 rows - 8 inches by 17 inches Small pumpkin 21 st and 30 rows - 5.25 inches by 12 inches
Thanks! This one was a experiment. It was so suppose to be like the "Tasty" videos where they show several recipes in one video and it is just the bare basic information provided in a really quick manner. Most people found the video too fast so I went back to the slower format.
I don't have a pattern for a dress. I would recommend finding a pattern using the stitch because depending on the shape of the dress you may need to increase and to do that you may need to work very specific increase rows. You would either be increasing 3 stitches in one place to add another repeat of the pattern and this may be down over 1-3 rows depending on how you want the increase to look.
Mind blown. Thank you! My grandma taught me to crochet when I was little. I made some scarves about 15 years ago, and that's the last time I've crocheted. I've decided to try my hand at making dailies for my wedding and have been STRUGGLING. So many other videos are so hard to follow, or it's really hard to see what their actually doing. This was perfect!!!
I’m a little confused because the sample you are crocheting in this video seems to be more solid than the full shawl shown where the stitches seem more open if that makes sense. I wonder if it’s because of the size hook used or the yarn or both. I like the large shawl for summer because it doesn’t looks heavy and thick which I would like for winter but not now. I also really like the color of the yarn if you could let me know what brand and style it is?
The original yarn would have been confusing to show. The original yarn is a lovely yarn that is made up of several strands of thread held together. I used this yarn because it has much better stitch definition, that said you can use any yarn/hook combination. If you want there to be more space between the stitches or looser stitches then use a larger hook and then work rows until the shawl is the perfect size for you.
How many more linked dc stitches did you have to add to get the width to be the same as a normal dc using your I hook and worsted yarn using the patch you made on the video as an example? That's my go-to hook and yarn for most things I make. thanks.
I would use a surface slip stitch to crochet a name on the bag. Here is a video on it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N3s2nUgRDJ0.html
I’m so confused I don’t understand how you crocheted in the round I’m super new to crochet so I just don’t understand We’re not turning our work every row or are we? 😭
No we are creating a magic circle or ring and then working stitches into the magic circle. Then we are working in continous rounds for the bottom section and in joined rounds for the top section. I would just search crocheting in continous rounds on youtube for a video to explain.
