Wow this is a very nice insight into a musical genius. I would also really enjoyed meeting him . I worked with a person who is from north Miami Beach whose father was a personal physician to the Bee Gee’s. He was also the owner of a record label called Souring Records. They had Robins solo music on that label when he went out on his own for a short period in the 70’s. He showed me some amazing personal photos he has of his father with all of the Bee Gee’s and also Andy Gibb as well. I had no idea who I was working with and his connections to them until he offered to show me those photos. They are also online but you have to go to a Bee gee’s fan site. I was one of the “ disco sucks” crowd when I was young. How wrong I was. I get a lot of happiness listening to their entire catalogue of music now. Wish I had the chance to see them but sadly I didn’t appreciate them in time. It’s my loss

I adore Robin's beautiful voice and knew he lived in Thame, I too grew up with these guys and each and every song of theres transports me to a memory from my youth, he was my favourite Bee Gee, he still lives on in his music and in my heart ❤️
The arrangement is so close to The Sensational Alex Harvey Band on the Old Grey Whistle Test - and have to say I prefer Alex as it feels more vulnerable. It did get close towards the end though. Thanks Nick.
Always loved Willy. He was on my cable TV show Paul Tschinkel's Innertube after I taped him at the Lone Star Cafe in the Village. !980! My daughter Nina interviewed him in Greenwich Village in 2002. He was warm and quite wonderful. I will make a movie of it. Stay tuned deVille fans. It will be quite wonderful.
