This is the most simplest video I have found for making authentic "Sajuk Tup(Ghee)" at home. Thanks! I have a question about the bacteria-culture used to make the Curd. The yogurt sold in the Indian store in the US (and also in India at doodh-wala shop) is slabby and different taste then the yogurt (dahi) made at our home in India. The home yogurt is curdly and more sour. So, where in the US can I get that curdly and sour dahi as a starter for making my own dahi(and eventually sajuk tup from it)?
