on second compressor you moved pressure relief valve and used that for line out to dryer? Best video on this. you can see the parts he used and he tells you exactly what goes where.
Wonder how many people will connect two compressors in this manner not knowing that it is not only incorrect with 2 check valves doing the exact same thing but very dangerous without the 2nd compressor not having a properly installed pressure release.
Very valid comment…Second compressor is the critical compressor which should definitely have a safety valve properly installed since it’s building pressure from first one
I’m doubly impressed that the creator responded with such humility and honesty. Hard to find in the “Information Age”. I have one strict edict; I prefer to be wrong instead of right. When I’m right, I haven’t learned much if I already knew I was right. If I’m wrong, I then know I’ve learned some valuable info. Reduce variables. It’s my religion.
I think the “emergency safety valve “ in the second compressor must be placed after the “check one way valve” for it to protect the second compressor ?
It appears you are correct. The second check valve is useless because it’s doing the same as the first which means the pressure relief on the second compressor will not activate for the 2nd compressor.
Really very simple. Remove the emergency valve and replace with a tee, emergency valve one side then check valve and fittings other side. Then repeat for second compressor! Love it. So many other videos over complicate the process and don't show what you need to actually do to pull this off. Even better if you use proper belt driven compressors, quieter and will last forever basically.
Yah same question, why two check valves? And on the second compressor the check valve essentially makes the safety pressure switch inoperative. as air can't come back to it. Or am I missing something...
Best way to do it. It'll be very difficult to get runs that way. I've been painting bicycles for years, and a client runs a used car lot so he let me have a go on this integra. I had sprayed kitchen cabinets and wood grain countertops before, so I had some similar previous experience. You just have to say fuck it and give it a go. If it doesn't work, sand and respray! Not bad I'm going to be doing my first paint job on a integra, just waiting on my jdm front end.. I'm probably going to strip down the whole car take off ever panel and everything then paint

You can buy the pigment, and take it to your local powder coat shop. They'll be able to mix it and apply and cure it for you, at a reasonable cost. Without significant funds, you won't be able to buy the equipment necessary to complete the process yourself, either by painting or powder coating it. Best of luck!
