This house is located in Times Square and I really enjoy the lively atmosphere around it. The only downside is that the view from one side of the balcony is blocked by a billboard.
Thanks for the tour, but next time please flip the camera over the apartment we now your face we don’t want to see it all along the video, I didn’t enjoy watching the apartment
Ashton, you have a great calming voice and you did not need the other guy who was talking over you. It was so annoying and hard to follow, its your channel take the lead.
If we are talking about Brooklyn, I think is nicer on the Brooklyn Heights side when you are overseeing the Financial District skyline, places like 90 Furman Street for example and seriously you can't beat that view. Within Dumbo itself, it feels much more closed in when you are surrounded by factory buildings 360. But, that's just me, is just a different vibe. Either way, this is still a very nice apartment no doubt.👍
I am very glad that I’d be able to give my fish a bath in this apartment’s kitchen sink. You could give your mermaid a bath in the bathroom sink. This apartment is sink-strong.
It's a good place for sending your kid off to the city to find their bearings in life.. Instead of a car on their 18th birthday, you gift them this apartment and tell em to start flapping those wings..
Thank you for sharing this video. I like the comparison of homes to stay in between NY and Miami. I like Miami in general with family and friends who live down there. For me, I have visited Miami a lot but I have been in North Beach neighborhood a lot. So, I do like the condo here in your video description here. And you are right about being scared about the flooding there in Miami and along the coast in general. Now, in NY, I like the near Gramercy park loction a lot here. But one thing I woukd like is a more older or vintage style building that has my condo home in it. And I would need my condo home to have a 3 bedroom and 3 or 4 bathroom plus with a study/office/library. Also, with an in unit separate washer & dryer. And two garage spaces. Furthermore, probably only as high as the 10th or the 12 floor of a building. Currently, I have friends and families on the east side in Sutton Place Neighborhood and in Brooklyn and Rosedale. So, I do love New York especially since the 1970s when I have lived back then. Finally, for me, in your video here Iike New York first Chicago second and Miami third.😊 I currently live in Chicago and have loved it here for more than 50 years. And With these two great cities in your comparison, you could also have and buy a great home for $3 Million Dollars here as well.😊
With the building you can as it allows 90% financing, it’ll just come down to what bank you use to get the loan. Overall, great investment property though!
