Check Waste Oil Tank Outlet Valve. Check Waste Oil Pump Relief Valve Setting. Check Pressure Switch Setting. Check Line to Pressure Switch for any blockage. Check Water Oil Tank Outlet Line to Strainer. Clear Line by disconnect section by section (or) blow with compressed air to tank side.
Ur cooling water colour is very clear.. we r adding liquidit chemical and dor that water colur is yellowish like chemical colur and titrte not coming up...?? Suggestions plz
Chemical residues settled down at the bottom of cooling water expansion tank, when ship gets age. If the tank bottom was not cleaned regularly by sucking with vacuum, it may be one of the facts. Another factor is over dosing chemical.
According to this method, if inlet valves is leaking boost air pressure will be rise. I understand that. But i am not clear if exhaust valves is leaking what symptoms will be shown. And blow by means some gas passes through the leaky piston ring so how can i know whether the pistion ring is leaking or not. Thanks in advance.
Hi sir. We have the same type of boiler, sunflame. Our problem is main shaft locking nut/nozzle thread is gone, only two-three threads remained, we don't have any spare now. Can you please guide us what to do now for temporary work, once we get the new shaft
Shaft is rotating with very high rpm. I also don’t know your shaft present condition, exactly. You may understand that I can’t give any suggestion for you. Sorry !

Welcome ! No special sealing arrangements. This rudder trunk is dry because freeboard of ship is higher above sea level. I will release one video about rudder trunk inspection, sooner. That trunk is wet and neck bush is cooled by seawater. After compared these two types, your doubt will be cleared. Stay Tuned !
