perfect timing because I JUST started mouth taping a few nights ago. definitely a lot of factors go into sleep quality but I have been noticing feeling so much more rested already

I only recently heard of colostrum because of my dog lol. They said was good for her gut and allergies. This is the first time I heard of this brand from a google search and had a lot of reviews so I came to RU-vid to see. The first thing I noticed with you is your skin!! It’s beautiful and glowy! So you get the plain flavor?

per their website and her linkedin, no she doesn't. They mention a few other people on the team now that do, but kind of a red flag this wasn't developed with any fitness credentials imo. She's a former finance professional. :|
@@callieconover8356 Yea, definitely a major red flag for me as a Certified Personal Trainer. It's kind of scary that anyone can open a fitness studio without any prior certification or degree. I'm glad she has people on her team now that are certified but after watching the video, I wonder what kind of claims she makes about her fitness method. It looks like it gives a good burn and works on muscular endurance but those aren't good indicators for potential muscle growth, if that is something someone is looking for. I do believe most all movement is good movement, but hope people don't go into this with expectations for certain results. And her lack of credentials worries me for her clients with the fact that she might not have the knowledge and expertise to safely guide people through certain exercises or might potentially do exercises that could be too advanced for certain populations coming in.
