"It even helped one of our founders recover from a terrible car accident" Sure, he was rowing a bike in traffic and weaving all over the road right out in front of a car.
Really, proposals? Kids, this is a high school dance with a person that almost all of you won't be dating after high school. This isn't marriage. This stuff is ridiculous!
Casey Godwin Can you read? It's not a proposal, it's a _promposal_, which is asking someone to prom. Do you really think high schoolers would think about marriage so early?
"You can use EVERY machine at a health club but not come CLOSE to a workout with the rowbike," says the guy who mows your lawn. I'm sold! I notice they don't show anybody trying to climb a hill on this thing. And it looks like you can row or steer to turn, but you can't easily do both. No wonder the guy trying to sell his on craigslist says it's only been ridden 5 miles.
I'm a registered nurse. I'm getting an excellent cardio workout on mine so far. Heart rate in the aerobic range. I'm using a local "rails to trails" path, so fairly flat, but on the small hills I've hit, I have no problem tackling them with the two lowest gears.
It was in middle school. What did you expect? We weren't gonna be Broadway-level talent. But I do cringe at this looking back on it. The director high-key played favorites and I'm a Theatre Generalist in college now, so I know a bit more about acting than I did back then. I actually got called back for this show for the role of Aunt Eller.
The guy that asked me did something similar. I was playing flute in the pit and he was on stage. On the last night of the show during the bows he came out with a sign and roses. He did really good :)
It's not 'Only Prom' Prom night is the most important night of your high school years.Prom night is the one night you will look back on forever and remember every little thing that happened.Good or bad thats the number one thing you will look back on once you leave High School.Yeah it's kind of a big deal...
