Hello everyone! My name is Véronique and I create painting videos that have nature as their subject, mostly animals and landscape in a realistic style. Art is my passion and want to share my love of painting and my process with this community.
Wow thats stunning and i cant believe u were able to work so easily with that crap brand. I found it so difficult to work with on so many levels. The consistency, the lights would not cover the darks but worst of all the underlayers lifted so easily even after fully dry. I almost decided to not learn gouache over the issues because art needs to be enjoyable. But i decided to get some artist gouache and no more issues. Youre an amazing artist and i recently started painting animals and my favorite are cats and dogs mine are no where near the realistic stage but maybe someday.
Absolutely stunning ! Very beautiful and detailed piece of art, which I would be honoured to hang on my walls at home. Could I ask you why you painted over the white fur section on the right side of the face so many times ? Was it to add depth and detail, or another reason ?
Thank you, that's very nice of you to say! It's been a while since I painted this, but I think I was trying to get the right values and colours for the shadows and highlights on the fur, and also for adding depth and details.
I wish this was a paint with me kind of video. I’m still new at this whole painting thing, and would love to have your explanations of what you’re doing when and how!!! (It’s gorgeous btw!)
