Thank you for your efforts for simplifying the complex calculation into more understandable manner. But dear you have not applied the correct unit conversion in cell "C32". Pressure drop should be divided by 100000 to get it in "bar". Kindly take it as a suggestion.😊
Hello sir.. Video is very informative but my doubt is.. You have shown two velocities.. In first you used erosional velocity and at the last you showed mixture velocity... What velocity i should consider for calculating the line Diameter?
Very nice explained sir . Sir , please cover 1 numerical example. Also requesting you to plz upload video on p&Id loops / Arrangement for heat exchanger, pumps , etc
In case of wetted pool fire in eg of column if reboiler is isolated and if it falls in range of 7.5 m then it is also to be considered for PSV, like in our case there is thermosyphon reboiler there is no isolation valve so it's area along with column wetted area both to be consider or two different PSV one on column and one on reboiler to be consider pls justify.... Point no 2 for column there is a feed pump and if there is a fire then from discharge valve which is now isolated then the length to the column immediate flange, line hold up how it is to be consider for PSV design.
Thanks for showing interest Monu. We don't have any paid courses for P&ID. We have already covered all the important concepts regarding P&ID in our lecture series please visit our playlist. Also we have noted down your interest regarding AutoCAD. We will surely think about it and try to arrange lectures. Thank you. Stay tuned with us. Enjoy learning 👍
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We have noted down your suggestion. We will surely cover this important concepts while discussing packed tower design. Stay tuned with us. Enjoy learning 👍
thanks sir for such knowledgeable videos. you teach us like Bhaiya not a sir. have a small request please make videos about bottling and filling machine design in mainly beverage and beer plants , working principle in detail as you teach other videos.
Sir please upload your presentation slides on your linkdin profile. I already told you and also you said that you will. I requesting you sir please upload.
Hello, thank you for such a wonderful video. Regarding MAWP @14:12 you explained its defination by saying that from operating pressure we take design pressure and from the thickness obtained from designed pressure by taking the next upper standard thickness, the pressure at this standard thickness is MAWP. (part -1) If this is the case then @38:25, you are explaining about the Hydrotest which should be 1.5x of MAWP and equipment can withstand upto 4-5 x MAWP. (part-2) isn't it contradictory? The equiment should fail at (part-1 pressure already).
Hi Sir , Your videos are very helpful, Can you please share API 650 criteria also excel sheet for vessel sizing , Heat exchanger sizing and line sizing
