@Dark_Knight_Cowboy the thermo fan clutch is what fixed it finally. I could have just replaced that. It's been under 200 deg since. If the fan isn't annoyingly loud when you rev, I think it would be slipping. You just don't notice it quieting down over time.
@diegoarnaud5403 I may have sprayed oil and let it sit. I don't remember. Otherwise, there is not much corrosion on this Jeep. Maybe some more leverage? Thanks for watching
thanks mate this vid worked for me took me 5 minutes and i did not take that plastic off i only lifted and rubbed that hose till clean with a stick cheers and thanks
Great Job best video I have seen on alternator belt tension and idler pulley. I too keep old parts incase of an emergency. I found no other video for the tension pulley
I’m trying to do something with my brothers old shed but I can’t get anyone to help me and they say 4get about it so now I’m determined to figure out how to make it look better
I purchased this stabilizer for my 2002 TJ Sport, but my drag link is threaded and won’t allow the pin to drop all the way through to the taper? Maybe I have a different drag link?
@@Waveshank it was very odd but kept messing around with it and found that there was an aluminum threaded insert, probably from the first lift kit I had installed. Took the time to drill it out a bit and now it fits like a champ.
Omg! Thank you so much for this video! I have been searching for a video on this repair. My seats will roll back and forth but they won’t rock forward. Can you let me know what those bushing and washer sizes were?
This seems fairly straightforward and easy - however before attempting to tackle this, I must wonder - what is the intended purpose of that rubber tip you cut at the end of the drain line? Surely it doesn’t exist only to cause problems - so what good *should* it be doing? And, what potential problems might cutting it create? Thanks so much for your video and your time!
Best video I saw on alternator replacement. The belt diagram was really helpful. Other videos I saw did not show an automatic belt tensioner which confused me alot .
My shed has little rusty nubs all over it, I rent and don’t want to put too much money into it but is an eyesore in the back yard. Any ideas?? All positive comments welcome.
Another quick question… rather than enduring cold water while waiting for the warm water to fill the line, can you switch it to “nozzle clean” and get the warm water going before use?
