I didn't have to sand because it was surface rust.

Good point. No cars anywhere near. The roof paint was applied with a roller in this case. Thanks for watching.

Reformer, primer, then paint. I did one layer each day. I think you can paint even sooner between coats. Check the label on the can, I forget. Thanks for watching.

One quart did the whole roof on the shed roof actually with nothing left. It's and 8x8 arrow shed. Thanks for watching.

That's all I used for the roof.

It was not leaking before.

It converts the rust to a paintable survace iron phosphate I think it turns to anyway if you don't use this rust will just come back supposed it stops it personally I feel better about stripping it off to bare as close as possible then use converter and paint .
