Update guys and sis. Remember I said I will be 36 and everything you stated, I identified with. Well thanks to your recommendation I went ahead and paid the fee to see if I really had it or did I just assume well…… just as suspected I am 100% inattentive type. I fill 100 times better knowing I have a neurodivergent and it’s not just me. Today is day 1 of my journey. ❤ thanks for making this video it inspired me to get evaluated.

@Brinya same girl. Im a black woman. I just got diagnosed at 29 1/2. I just turned 30. Growing up in the household I did (chaotic in a bad way) chaotic in a good way like you said. More organized compared to my mom and younger sister. But living with other people who are not my family members they noticed a lot about and were not afraid to tell me😢. Ouch.
Omg I see you Alexa, I can totally relate. I felt that way when I moved out. One thing that has really helped this year has been to actively seek out other neurodivergent people, so I can can have more real open conversations about the day-to-day challenges I face without feeling as judged. Having ADHD as a black woman can feel pretty isolating sometimes. We’re better together. Thanks for watching and being here ❤️
I totally get how it can seem that way. This is a lot of new coaches/content creators concerned when talking about nicking but there is a way to make it fun and still incorporate other topics you’re passionate about too! 💞
It definitely has taken me a while to take it all in too, especially finding out as an adult! It helps to remember that there’s no “right way” to handle it, it’s your journey ❤️❤️
@@brinyabainThis diagnosis was a complete surprise to me. I sought help for severe depression during 2023 and beginning of this year. But now that I’ve done some research on adhd in women it makes sense.
