I fw lil monster I read monster book my 8th grade year about 23 years ago. I was about 2yrs into banging and honestly that book was may guideline to how I banged and my name rung bells in Chicago.. now I look back and realize it was all BS. You know what I find sad, some of us as black people we don't take responsibility for the bad things that we do to each other. It's always someone else's fault why wel live the way we live. While yes there is discrimination and racism in the world. We are the major killer Of each other. Gamgbangin wasn’t watered down back then internet didn’t exist cops didn’t care as much and even if they is they couldn’t stop a dam thing. People didn’t publicize where they were from unless it was in person. No cameras so you could peel somebody cap and keep it pushin without any issues from police.
