The thing is you measure the volume, which you have to divide by the area if you want to obtain the height. The volume depends on the area, while height doesn't.
I have 4 floor new apt. Builder not done properly on terrace. At exit pipe of water out let terrace level not proper slight lowerlevel. So water stand still due to that some leakage so on 4 floor ceiling thrmocool is damaged so some people sugested to dig with hammer on that 5 ft to exit pipe. And fill that with leakproof cement. Pl sugest your opinion
