I have 4 floor new apt. Builder not done properly on terrace. At exit pipe of water out let terrace level not proper slight lowerlevel. So water stand still due to that some leakage so on 4 floor ceiling thrmocool is damaged so some people sugested to dig with hammer on that 5 ft to exit pipe. And fill that with leakproof cement. Pl sugest your opinion

నా స్లాబ్ ఏరియా 1500sq f ఉంటుంది. 15సంవత్సరాలు అయ్యింది. వాటం బాగా ఉండటం వల్ల ప్రస్తుతానికి వాటర్ లీకేజ్ లేదు. ఇప్పుడు మీపద్దతి లో మెటీరియల్ ఎంతకావాలో చెప్పండి.పాళ్ళు ఎలా కలుపుకోవాలో చెప్పండి. ఇసుక,సిమెంట్ ఒకమిల్లర్కి ఒకబస్తాపిమెంటు మూడు బస్తాల ఇసుక వెస్తే ఎంత Dr fixit వేయాలి.నాకు పాత ఫ్లోరింగ్ ఉంది.నేను వాటర్ గన్ తో సుబ్రంగా క్లీన్ చేయించాను.కొత్త ప్లోర్ లా క్లీన్ అయ్యంది. అది కొట్టేయాలా. లేదా దాని పైన కొత్త ప్లోరింగ్ వేసేయవచ్చా.
స్లాబు మొత్తం కారుతుంది దానికి మేము పైన కొంచం కొట్టేసి మల్ల స్లాబ్ పోసాము కానీ కారుతుంది 3 ఇయర్స్ తరువాత మళ్ళీ కారుతుంది మళ్ళీ స్లాబ్ వేయలేము ఏమన్నా టిప్ చెప్పండి

Who told you that this system is failed. I personally did it for my slab, it works. A person from a waterproofing company used epoxy treatment to repair, but no one really knows how to apply epoxy injection. It failed, so we can use routing and sealing method
